I'm proud of my new online trainee Jeffrey who got an outstanding result with only 8 weeks of online coaching.
To begin with, Jeffrey is a Crossfitter. I like that Crossfitters know how to train hard from each WOD. I like their mind-set, their spirit. They always can push 5 more reps even when they are dying. As you know that Crossfit is more than just a workout, it is literally a competition. You have to prepare yourself to compete with time or reps and with other folks.
8 weeks ago, Jeffrey came to me for help. He wanted a change. He asked me to help him improve his pressing performance and achieve a better physique.
What are Jeffrey’s advantages in body transformation? He has a very active lifestyle in or outside the gym. Each week he trains x 4 with my program plus Crossfit. He is a golfer too. Today he is going to play golf ⛳ for a week.
This is only a beginning for Jeffrey. His next goal is to lift heavier weight and get bigger size!
