Anyone who comes to visit my country should spend time discovering one of the most renowned tourist attractions of Vietnam which I’m going to tell you about. It’s a coastal city named Nha Trang.
It’s just a small city and you could walk around the city in a couple of hours but actually, there’s no need to do that as we have a fantastic public transport system. It really comes in handy so it’s easy to get around.
I visited this peaceful city one year ago when I was on my summer holiday. I came along the sandy beach to enjoy the fresh air, the refreshing breezes and the salty taste of seawater. I felt like my daily stress and hardness of life disappeared. I also dropped by some shops and chain stores in the centre but only for window shopping. Pavement cafes everywhere excited me most. There I could have a cup of coffee whenever I wanted.
I am definitely keen on this city due to many reasons. Firstly, it is such a worth-living city because of its peace, cleanliness and beauty. I can see the colourful lifestyles of the people there. Secondly, this charming city attracts a lot of foreign visitors, so I can learn many things from them, especially their good manners like queuing or bringing their own water bottle when going out. All in all, this is a city that is worth visiting once in our life.

暗瘡為不少人帶來煩惱,除了影響外表,遇上頑固的石頭瘡更會紅熱腫痛,石頭瘡屬於聚合性痤瘡,比一般暗瘡體積為大,按下去較硬身而且有可能出現紅腫疼痛,因為閉口無法擠出膿頭,消退時間比較長。
中醫理論認為石頭瘡與氣血虛弱有關,氣血循環欠佳令體內產生瘀血,別以為生暗瘡因為熱氣引起於是飲涼茶解決,寒涼之物會令陽氣內伏,反而令問題惡化,需要做的是活血化瘀再調補氣血使膿頭托出,繼而清熱解毒。
想預防石頭瘡形成,還是要養成健康生活習慣,作息定時,避免熬夜;早晚洗面,記得徹底卸掉化妝及防曬霜;避免進食生冷食物以免寒氣及濕氣在體內形成;進行適量運動,改善身體氣血運行,運動排汗亦有助推出皮膚的深層污垢。
紓緩石頭瘡茶療
功效:涼血消腫,紓緩石頭瘡症狀。
材料:赤芍9克、生地12克、黃芪9克
做法:材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800毫升水,加入所有材料,武火煮滾轉文火煮40分鐘。建議一星期飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。

Dealing with the stubborn cystic acne
People view acne as a nuisance because acne affects a person’s appearance. Those with the more stubborn cystic acne might even experience pain and swelling. Cystic acne is a type of acne conglobate and is larger as compared to regular ones.
When a person presses on a cystic acne, he or she can feel its hardness. The acne might also swell and cause pain. Since there are no openings on the acne, the person cannot squeeze the pus out. This also means it will take longer for the acne to go away.
The Chinese Medicine theories believe cystic acne is related to the weakness in the blood and qi, as the lack of circulation in the qi and blood would cause blood stasis. In fact, it might further aggravate the skin problem as foods and drinks that are cool and cold in nature can disturb the yang energy. By doing so can encourage the formation of the opening and subsequently the removal of the pus.
To prevent cystic acne from forming, we still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Keep your biological clock on track and avoid sleeping late. Cleanse our face every morning and evening, and remember to remove makeup and sunscreen thoroughly. Avoid eating raw and cold foods to prevent cold and damp air from accumulating in the body. Exercise regularly to improve the circulation of the qi and blood. Sweating can also flush out the dirt accumulated on the skin.
Stubborn cystic acne healing tea
Effects: cools blood, relieves the symptoms of cystic acne
Ingredients: 9g red peony root, 12g rehmannia glutinousa, 9g astralagus
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.

The 74th issue of Milan-based, internationally-renowned art journal Mousse
Magazine features a survey on the interrelationships of Taiwan’s land- and seascapes, history and artistic practices, while shedding light on current global human conditions. The article by Taipei-based Robin Peckham, Taipei Dangdai co-director, sets out from the realm of maritime history, intersecting the perspectives of the in-situ with culturally diverse lineages to bridge and extend such reflections.
"In attempting to read and understand works (like these) that engage the land-sea dialectic over and through Taiwan, I have come across two broad categories. One is discursive where the other is material; one is cultural where the other is biological. 【材料】
・オリーブオイル 12g
・生米 100g
・ブロード(水+コンソメキューブでも) 1Lくらい
・バター 10g
・粉チーズ ひとつかみ
・チーズ、黒胡椒、オリーブオイル、パセリなど
【準備】
・ブロードを沸騰させておく(沸騰状態で使う)
【作り方】
1. フライパンや鍋にオリーブオイル12g・米100gを洗わないで加えて火にかけ、中火で熱くなるまで炒める
2. 沸騰しているブロード600ml・塩ひとつまみ(コンソメキューブを使うなら必要なし)を加えて軽く混ぜ、15分ほど沸騰状態を保ち煮る
3. アクを取ったり、底につきそうならたまに混ぜ、ブロードが少なくなったら足し、15分経ったら少し食べてみてお米のかたさを確かめる
4. ブロードが多い場合は好みの多さになるまで取り除き、少ない場合は足し、お米が好みのかたさになったら火を消す
5. 塩で少し薄めに調味し、バター10g・粉チーズひとつかみを加えて空気を含ませるように混ぜる
6. 一体化してクリーミーな状態になったらお皿に盛り、粉チーズや黒胡椒、パセリをちらして出来上がり

・Olive oil 12 g
・Raw rice 100 g

[How to make]

4.If there is a lot of broad, remove it until it reaches your desired amount. If there is less, add it. When the rice reaches your desired hardness, turn off the heat.
5.Season it lightly with salt. Add 10 g of butter and a handful of grated cheese and mix it so it contains air.
6.Plate it when it becomes creamy together. Sprinkle grated cheese, black pepper and parsley and it will be complete.

3.容器にバター80g牛乳80ml入れレンジ600w50秒加熱し混ぜ溶かし、薄力粉65gココアパウダー15gを篩い入れ混ぜる
4.分けておいた卵黄を入れ良く混ぜて、作って置いたメレンゲに入れて更に良く混ぜます
5.16cm×16cmの型にクッキングシート、底にアルミシートをし、オーブン皿に水を入れ余熱したオーブン150度60分焼く
6.焼けたら完成です

合わせ調味料(3人分くらい)
・タマリンドペースト(梅干しやマンゴーチャツネで代用可) 30g
・醤油 20g
・オイスターソース 10g
・ココナッツシュガー(黒糖・きび砂糖・普通の砂糖でも) 20g
1人分
・油 大さじ1.5
・にんにく 1かけ
・玉ねぎ 1/4個
・厚揚げ 1/4個
・たくあん スライス2枚
・エビ(むきえびでも) 5匹くらい
・卵 1個
・もやし ひとつかみ
・米麺(ビーフン) 60g
・ニラ 2~3本
・桜えび ひとつかみ
・ピーナッツ ひとつかみ
・ライム(お好み) 1/6個
【準備】
・エビの殻を剥いて背わたを取り、片栗粉・水でもんで汚れを取る(むきえびでも汚れを取るとグッド)
・にんにく、玉ねぎをスライスする
・厚揚げを食べやすい大きさにカットする
・たくあんを5~7mm角にカットする
・ニラを4cmくらいの長さにカットする
・ピーナッツを細かく刻む
・面倒でなければ桜えびを乾煎りする
【作り方】
1. 【米麺準備】米麺をぬるま湯で戻しておく(商品説明準拠、熱湯ではなくぬるま湯で戻す)
2. 【合わせ調味料】フライパンにタマリンドペースト30g・醤油20g・オイスターソース10g・ココナッツシュガー20gを混ぜ合わせる
3. 中火にかけて、ヘラで底をなぞったときに跡が出来るくらいまで煮詰めて、容器等に移しておく
4. 【パッタイ】フライパンに油大さじ1.5を熱し、にんにく・玉ねぎ・厚揚げを炒める
5. 玉ねぎが透き通ってきたらたくあんを加えてさっと炒め、エビも入れ両面色が変わるまで炒める
6. 具材を寄せてフライパンの端をあけ、卵1個を入れてほぐしながら火を通す
7. もやしひとつかみ・戻した米麺を入れてさっと混ぜたら合わせ調味料を1人分(↑なら1/3)入れ、混ぜながら馴染ませる
8. 水でかたさを調整し、ニラを加えてさっと火を通したらお皿に盛る
9. ピーナッツ・桜えびをトッピングし、ライムを添えて出来上がり

・Rice noodles (Rice vermicelli) 60 g
・2 ~ 3 Chinese chives
・Other yakitori and kushiyaki
・handful of peanuts
・Lime (To taste) 1/6
[Preparation]
・Peel and devein the shrimp and rub with katakuriko and water to remove the dirt (It is good to remove the dirt even with peeled shrimp.).
・Slice the garlic and onion.
・Cut the thick deep fried tofu to a size that is easy to eat.
・Cut the yellow pickled radish into 5 ~ 7 mm cubes.
・Cut the chive to a length of around 4cm.

[How to make]
1.[Prepare the rice noodles.] Rehydrate the rice noodles with lukewarm water (According to the product description, return it in lukewarm water instead of hot water.).
2.[Combined seasoning] Mix 30 g of tamarind paste, 20 g of soy sauce, 10 g of oyster sauce and 20 g of coconut sugar in a pan.
3.Simmer it over medium-heat until it forms a mark when you trace the bottom with a spatula then move it to a container, etc.
4.[Pad Thai] Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic, onion and thick deep fried tofu.
5.When the onion becomes transparent, add the yellow pickled daikon and quickly stir-fry it. Add the shrimp and stir-fry it until both sides change color.
6.Move the ingredients together and open the edge of the pan. Add 1 egg and beat it as you cook it.
7.Add a handful of bean sprouts and the rehydrated rice noodles. Quickly mix it then add 1 portion of the mixed seasonings (↑ is 1/3.) and mix it as you mix it.
8.Adjust the hardness with water, add the Chinese chive and quickly cook it through then plate it.
9.Top it with peanuts and sakura shrimp, garnish it with lime and it will be complete.
