Today, I would love to share the training of YOGA MIND by @hamsaalaya , Guru @rajakumar.sathappan that I just finished.
I am a pursuer, I pursue so many things in my life, my love, my career, my asanas... sometimes I feel so lost.
In the end of training, I chose Dharma, to follow Dharma in my life. I wish I could keep reminding myself in my life.
