不能練習的早上
覺得自己有點廢
好像安排好的事情突然有了改變,突然時間空了出來。

只能期待肩膀快好,回歸瑜珈墊上的練習。

有人問說,為什麼你可以執著在墊子上的練習⋯

不是因為我想把自己練的有多厲害,而是⋯在瑜珈墊上,只需要專注一件事,可以讓自己靜下來。
