VHC NoLa Chargrilled Oysters (sò nướng phô mai và bơ) Recipe
Ingredients:
12 medium oysters
1 stick unsalted butter ( room temperature)
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chopped curly parsley
2 tbsp Romano cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Toppings: extra Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley
Steps:
1. Shuck oysters and keep them on the half shell.
2. Add butter, cajun seasoning, black pepper, garlic, parsley, Romano cheese and Parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3. Add a spoonful of the butter mixture to each oyster.
4. Sprinkle with extra cheese and parsley.
5. Grill oysters on medium heat until they are bubbly and the cheese has melted (about 6-8 minutes).
Optional: I placed my oysters in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes to help open the oysters for easy shucking.

Spring into action by firing up the grill! Vietnamese grilled pork skewers are perfect with rice, noodles or bread {thịt nướng} And I can’t keep my pork skewers looking like winter. I am using the OXO grilling basting pot and brush to keep the pork skewers nice and juicy. 💦
