每一邊盡量保持1分鐘至3分鐘(視乎能力而定)
可以加瑜伽磚比自己平衡,
小腿會感覺到”怨”痛係十分正常嘅
因為”銀”住小腿會增加血液節流作用,
放鬆嘅時候衝返血,就會感覺到小腿輕咗
Hold 1mins-3mins for each side(longer is better)
Add yoga blocks to balance if you need

Ways to get rid of water retention
去水腫的方法:
1.做一些增加血液循環的運動(瑜伽)
Do exercises (YOGA) to improve blood circulation
2.少吃加工食品 Eat Less processed food
3.少吃鹽Eat Less Salt
4.補充維他命B6 Intake vitamin B6
5.見字飲多多水,飲水去水腫 Drink plenty of Water !
