Nadi Suddhi - breathing session
Use our right hand, our thumb and ring finger
1. Close the right nostril by pressing against the side of nostril with the thumb.
Inhale through the left nostril for 4 3 2 1 exhale through the same nostril for 4 3 2 1
Repeat this for 5 times.
2. Lets do the other side. Using your ring finger press against your left nostril. Inhale through the right nostril for 4 3 2 1 exhale through the same nostril for 4 3 2 1. Repeat for 5 times.
