KHẮC PHỤC SAI LẦM CỦA CHỊ EM KHI TẬP

Mình biết có nhiều chị em không muốn lên cơ, không muốn giống trong tưởng tượng là "cuồn cuộn cơ bắp" khi nhìn thấy bài viết này sẽ có sự phản kháng và cho rằng mình đang 1 chiều khi hướng mọi người phải tập tạ.
Nhưng mà, cho dù là mục tiêu vóc dáng như thế nào thì chúng ta cũng nên hướng tới 1 body "ít mỡ" nhất có thể và khỏe mạnh đúng k?
Cardio thường xuyên và liên tục sẽ không giúp chị em mình giảm đc hết đống mỡ thừa đâu, nó sẽ phản tác dụng khi tập quá nhiều. Cardio nhiều cũng k giúp cho chúng ta có đc body săn chắc khi mà rung tay, rung chân mỡ vẫn "rung bần bật".
Trong khi đó, việc tập kháng lực (hoặc tập cơ, tập tạ,... tùy cách gọi) sẽ tối ưu đc cả 2 mục đích: vừa giảm mỡ, vừa săn chắc cơ thể.
Chúng ta cũng đâu cần tập cơ cả tuần đâu, chỉ cần dành 3-4 buổi trong tuần là okela lắm rồi nha.
Ngoài ra việc nghỉ ngơi cũng cực kì quan trọng. Nhiều bạn hay hỏi mình là lỡ hôm nay k tập thì có làm sao không? Câu tl là không sao hết. Cơ thể cũng cần phải nghỉ ngơi để khôi phục sức lực, thư giãn cho cơ, và hơn hết là để mình re-build lại động lực, từ đó mới kiên trì với mục tiêu hơn.

I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.
