Finished off one full month of @emiwong_ 4 weeks shrewd workout (& a week of intense detox with @ohchamatcha.kl); definitely lose of weights and inches, and gain more confident. 🥺
No big difference in my weight, but I did lose 1.5 inches on my waist; & the most significant one is that my arms and thigh really got much toner than before, the inner thigh fat is slowly going away (tho still a long way to go 🤭). Slowly, but surely! 💪🏻
Well, my abs area tho, are not toned yet. It’s like, I have lost some fats, but… I still feel flaaaabbbbyyyy. With wrong pose, layering still appears (swipe left ⬅️).
Not giving up, going to continue the right diet I learned from @bewellbyshirly, and continue my workout.

Here’s how I work my upper body and arms when I can’t go to the gym. I got these resistance bands at Decathlon but u can use any kind you have or even free weights and modify the moves as you see fit. There are so many ways you can use body weight to train at home but these are 5 of my go-to moves.
I find women with strong toned arms sooooo sexy and am working towards getting leaner so u can see the definition in mine. Still a work in progress but thought I’d share this with you in case you needed some inspo to stay fit and active during lockdown.

Upper body and Arms Workout with dumbbells. You can do this workout with weights or if you don't have equipment, you can always find alternatives like filled water bottles to help you get started before you pick up some weights.
