今天7:30到新店站,差點被嚇傻…來了大概50.60人…..真的很感動😹
也見到了很多好久不見的車友們😊
但…也因為真的太多人,所以沒辦法瞻前顧後,還請大家多多包涵喔!
總之,能出來騎車就是開心🥳
雖然今天真的熱到爆,但我們大家依舊熱血不滅!🤩

北部三大岩場蒐集完成✅
之前爬過五寮尖、皇帝殿
今天再攻下筆架連峰剛好湊滿!🥳
#筆架山 位於石碇區,中途路線會有標示牌1到10號,10號大概會走到二格山
而我們這次的路線打算走到筆架南峰跟北峰,就是位於8號的位置,接著再原路折返回去!走一個I字型
⛰️總里程9.5K
⛰️總花費時間:5h50m(含休息拍照)
⛰️路線:石碇筆架山登山口→溪邊寮山叉路口→西帽子岩山→炙子頭山→筆架山(南峰.北峰)→原路折返
筆架連峰屬於前半段比較走的路線
後半段就幾乎是上上下下,不會有連續陡上或陡下,整體來說走起來還蠻輕鬆的,個人認為比皇帝殿還要簡單,但是路程比較長,所以還是需要一些體力!
整段路幾乎沒什麼階梯,大多都是天然的土路跟大岩石,還有一些可以攀爬的路段,很適合不喜歡走階梯、然後喜歡天然原始山林的朋友喔!
⚠️小提醒:
1.因為最近天氣炎熱,沿途請一定要多補充水分與電解質,建議至少帶2L的水,才能避免抽筋、脫水、熱傷害的發生喔!
2. 行走筆架山步道路程較長,請務必注意時間,儘量早點出發(14點前),以免摸黑山路,很危險‼️

趁著最近天氣很好!
Q老師來去石碇當野孩子🐒
這次二刷「皇帝殿O型縱走⛰️ 」
不一樣地是…上次路線走👉東進西出
這次走先西進後東,難度再拉高!
說到「皇帝殿」為台北三大岩場之一
是適合手腳並用的路線,非常有趣好玩!
👩🏫今天一行人從皇帝殿西峰登山口出發
先走湳㵠步道….一樣都是石階地獄…而且非常陡…一開始就讓我們耗掉許多體力….大約走了1.5K ,終於抵達我們第一個目的地「皇帝殿西峰」
接著開始出現原始山林、大石頭路線,需要拉繩爬上爬下,非常刺激有趣!但也要很小心!
往東峰的路線難度稍高,很多高聳的稜線與陡峭的岩壁需要攀爬,好在大多都有鐵梯、鐵釘輔助,走起來安心許多!
整體來說蠻好玩地!
這次跟上次最大的不同就是…出大景!!!🥰🥰🥰 天氣超好!風景美到炸😍就算累到爆也足矣😌
天氣好就是要爬山啊!!!
🧗♀️全程花費時間:約4小時50分多
(比上次整整快了1.5hr,只能說隊友真的很變態…..已被操爆🥲)

🧗♀️路線:西峰登山口>湳㵠登山步道>西峰頂> 湳窟登山口>天王廟>東峰登山口停車場>東峰>皇帝殿稜線>原路回西峰>湳㵠登山步道>西峰登山口

This post is a little late, but better late than never posting this.
Went for a cooking demo session called Beauty and the Feast last month by Davina and BHB, learnt about Vegan recipes and how Vegan food taste like :) it’s simple, delicious and healthy too.
Chee Ling, a dietician shared on health fats as well.
People decide to go on vegan diet due to many reasons, be it for weight loss, detox, health condition, because you love animals etc, if you plan to go on a partial vegan diet or to be a full-time vegan, Davina’s recipe and tips are pretty good info~
Vegan is a plant based diet with no animal products at all from consumption to wearing that includes no honey, leather, silk.

I'm pleasantly surprised people are already noticing my weight loss. I can understand healthy eating can be tricky when you've got a busy lifestyle. Perhaps you've got yourself in a habit where you're used to eating out constantly. Processed foods just seem to be the convenient choice.
How many of you complain about your body constantly yet you snack on numerous amounts of unhealthy fatty sugary foods?
I've gotten myself into a habit of taking time to prepare my meals in advance. Instead of always feeling sluggish and bloated, I feel great!!!
My friend Cassey (Blogilates) tells me that your body is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% genetics. What you consume into your body plays a MASSIVE role to how you look and feel.
Exercise is very important too. Not just to tone the body but also for a healthy heart and mind.
