Last night's dinner: TRX Body Rock Workout. Consist of 9 workouts, bodyweight plus TRX. Each workout is 40 sec with 20 sec RI x 3 🤣🤣🤣 focusing on your biceps, chest, glutes (oh my glutes, I still have to run today), overall upper and lower body la k, it's okay to be awkwarding (stiff arms, like my brain doesn't sync to my body kinda thing) on the TRX moves coz the instructors will help you along the way.

And you think this won't hurt after AHHAHAHAH sore jua bos 💪🏼 sweat bucket loads too.

Today is TRX Killercore if anybody interested to join. Mimang killerlah, 1 week laugh dalam hati saja, coz abs so sore laughing can give u abs 😂
