I haven't had any sweets, pasta or bread as my refeed for the past 1.5 months, just more carbs and fats. The difference is amazing the next day in terms of how I feel. Not sluggish, not bloated, satisfied and filled with energy. 😉

But you have to earn it through the week.

Safe to say I thoroughly enjoyed my #REFEEDDAY 🍣🍣!!

I pretty much ate the usual dieting macros that I’ve been using throughout the day, with just slightly lower protein and fat. So this refeed meal put me at about 100g extra carbs, about 10g extra fat, and about 5g less protein by the end of the day in my total macronutrient numbers. So I ate about 500 calories over what my usual dieting calories have been (2000kcal usually). Not a crazy refeed when you lay out all the numbers to be honest, but hopefully it should be just enough to replenish glycogen levels, boost testosterone levels a bit, and most importantly get me mentally rejuvenated! What will you have on your refeed day?? 😄😄.
