FUH. The wonderful soreness..susah nak explain….Almost 10 years of doing pilates…and THIS is still one of the most challenging exercises to do. 🔥😳
Why? Because pilates is not about fancy moves using big muscles… it’s using those deep small core muscles and those that support your spine..in all moves. 🦿💪🏻💦💧Not using the arms to pull up in this move .. only the abs and hamstrings helping.

If you do start pilates.. manage expectations cause it is worth it.. it takes months or years!! To be able to activate and engage fully. It can help your body become stronger and leaner and more stable. 🤲🏻💫 But it needs to be done every week at least…👍🏻👊🏻🦾🦿
