I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked a friend how they were doing and heard “busy” as a response.
Everyone is busy. I’m busy. There are a million things demanding our time and attention every single day. We’re overwhelmed, and I think that most of us struggle to cope.
I started to do morning meditation practise last year. I’d heard about the benefits of meditation for years.
What is the benefits of meditation?
Meditating causes the pituitary gland in your brain to secrete endorphins. We know about endorphins. They make us feel good, emotionally and physically. Meditation also enhances activity in the area of your brain that’s associated with positive emotions and experiences.
You don’t have to be a yogi or a monk or a deeply spiritual person to see dramatic benefits from meditation.

週日的夜晚太適合提供一些積極思考的鼓勵(可能我自己也是很需要自我鼓勵哈哈哈),想和大家分享最近有感因為“宇宙力量”所帶來的心情及際遇。
認真思考自己從出生到現在雖然時不時會低潮,但這30幾年來老天非常眷顧的讓我愉悅正向的情緒佔了絕大部分的人生,我自認是個幸運的人,但從沒領會過心想事成是怎麼樣的感覺,直到開始冥想後。
我是在前幾年因為一位國外朋友而認識了冥想,在期間也放棄過一陣子(眼睛一閉上太多的思緒進來讓我極度害怕)直到開始聽吸引力法則的說書開始,我導正了思考模式,開始努力與自己相處並相信內在力量,進而對宇宙(其實就是自己)下單,我找到自己所享並感受到了心想事成。除了一步步走進了夢想以外,也同時發現世界真的會跟著自己轉 ; 舉個最無聊的例子來說,我幾次睡過頭怕上班遲到,總會心想等等走進車站公車必需立刻進站,接著事情就會發生。
必須相信宇宙對幸運的人有興趣,不停的去理解自己所想,只要對心想事成的可能性持開放態度,就能從自己的內在得到幫助。
