เขื่อนได้มีโอกาสคุยกับ Biologist ที่ดูแลช้างท่านหนึ่ง ซึ่งเค้าพูดถึง mental health & wellbeing ของช้างที่ได้รับการ resucueมา(ช่วยเหลือ) ในฐานะนักจิตบำบัดเขื่อนประทับใจมากที่มีคนลงมาดูเรื่องของ mental health ของสัตว์ที่อยู่รวมโลกกับเรา เขื่อนไม่ได้มีความรู้เรื่องช้างมากนะคะ แต่เขื่อนรู้ได้ถึงpassion และความตั้งใจของพี่เค้ามาก เขื่อนจับมือพี่เค้าเเล้วพูดว่า"ผมอนุญาตและอยากให้พี่ใช้ผมเป็นโทรโข่งเพื่อพูดให้คนได้รับรู้ในสิ่งที่พี่บอกได้มั้ยคะ" พี่เค้าก็ดูดีใจ แล้วก็ขอบคุณหลายๆครั้ง ซึ่งเขื่อนบอกพี่เค้าเลยว่าให้พี่ใช้เขื่อนเป็นกระบอกเสียงให้เต็มที่ได้เลย เขื่อนมีความสุขทุกครั้งที่เจอพี่ๆน้องที่ทำงานด้วย passion, ethics, integrity and kindness ไว้จะเอาคลิปมาให้ดูนะคะ

It was my pleasure to have met a biologist who has been working with rescue elephants up in Chiangrai. She talked about the rescued elephants mental health and wellbeing. Her passion struck me so critically I asked her to use me as her microphone so that people can hear what she is doing and the what is the best interest for elephants are. We had an I-though moment; I love working with people

I just want to say .. always check n double check before we make certain accusation specially if we decided to put it online and share it with the whole universe coz there will be people who would follow blindly and react to this ripple effect. Again think twice before you head towards the keyboard to press “post” or “send” ... people’s livelihood , future and wellbeing might be on the line just because of our ignorant, lack of knowledge and insecure judgement.. always put kindness before righteousness at the front of everyone of our cyber statements ...

Wear Jesus Inside and Outside

“My son, don’t forget my teaching; but let your heart keep my commandments: for length of days, and years of life, and peace, will they add to you. Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man.” (Proverbs‬ ‭3:1-4‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

How do we apply the passage above under the New Covenant of Grace?

“My son” tells us that we are to read it as a message to us from Abba God. It is like Him training us to reign in life.

God’s “commandments” under Grace are: believe in Jesus Christ and to love one another as Christ has loved you.

“This is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he commanded.” (1 John‬ ‭3:23‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

In the first passage I shared above, the words translated as “kindness and truth” in Hebrew are “chesed ve emes” which means grace and truth.

We understand that grace and truth finds their complete fulfillment in a person: Jesus Christ.

“For the law was given through Moses. Grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.” (John‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

In other words, the instruction is very simple: keep your eyes on Jesus so that He will always be at the forefront of your mind and heart.

This is how you will enjoy all-encompassing peace (in Hebrew: shalom—which also includes health, prosperity and overall wellbeing), understanding, and favor with both God and man.

Wear Jesus on your neck (visible to everyone through your words and actions) and write Him on the tablet of your heart (invisible to others and only known by you). This is like saying love one another as Christ loved you (visible to everyone), and believe in Jesus Christ (only known to you).

They use what is meant to edify and encourage, to scare and threaten instead.
