1️⃣ Calories Deficit
Eat under your maintenance.
2️⃣ Systematic Training Program
including Strength + Hypertrophy training
You have to lift heavy weight, and record no of sets, reps and manipulate the tempo.
3️⃣ Sleeping Quality
Prepare to sleep.
• Switch off the phone or computer 1-2 hours before bed.
• Read a book before sleep.
• Dark bedroom.
• Empty your mind.
• Pray before sleep.
4️⃣ Stress Management
• If you cannot handle stress, stop reading news and social media.
• Talk to your close friend(s).
• Consult with professionals.
• Minimize your workload.
• Walk.
• Reduce training frequency. As I know, some people train too much.
5️⃣ Cook by yourself
You only can count calories if you cook at home.
If you don't know how many calories do you eat, you're NOT having calories deficit.
6️⃣ Avoid alcohol
According to my coaching experience, drinking alcohol once a week CANNOT transform your physique, especially your NEAT is pretty low.
7️⃣ Ask yourself what's your WHY on a daily basis
”I have more confidence if I have abs.”
”I want to set an example for my kids.”
”I never had athlete’s physique, I want it.”
”I want to compete in bodybuilding.”
”My dream is to have abs when I'm 40.”
8️⃣ Stay around with LEAN people
Don't stay around UNFIT people...because
They may think you're crazy.
They may think you're too much.
They may ask you to happy hour.
They may ask you to have parties every weekend.
👉 You don't need to do abs exercises everyday.
👉 If you have high body fat%, you don't need to do abs exercises anyway.
👉 No exercises can BURN belly fat!

My secret for this physique.
.
The truth is my fitness life isn't all about that six pack abs cutting and those fat burning tabata workouts.
.
In fact, 80% of my training are made in the gym, where the other 20% is bodyweight and cardio that helps me to sustain my endurance, and extra calorie burn for me to stay ripped.
.
To be honest, without gym training and without undergoing any "Bulk" phase in my fitness regime, I can say it is almost impossible for me to maintain/grow this steroid-like physique (#noimnotonsteroidsbutthanksforasking), because as a typical chinese, we are genetically "small" *sad*.
.
So here's how it work.
.
I will "Bulk" my body about 1-2 times in a year. This is where I'll bump up my calories intake for greater muscle growth and overall recovery.
.
I would normally do my Bulk during early of the year (winter and big festive season), and the other best time for me to Bulk is around my birthday time (Aug), because without much effort these seasons are the time we will indulge more food.
.
My gym routine pretty consistent. I train pretty much everything from @theironmastery. Whether I'm Cutting or Bulking, I will always challenge myself to train as heavy as I could without breaking my lifting form. Except I'll do higher volume when I'm on a Bulk compare to other times, thanks to higher calorie consumption.

Cardio wise. I will still do cardio like 2-3 times a week. This keeps me productive, and it helps to me to stay lean during my Bulk (take note that it's common gain some fat when you are Bulking). I can easily make a come back to that "ripped" mode without undergoing some extreme Cutting program that will put my body in a risk of losing too much of muscles... And that's why I'm always lean 365.

Our dogs eat very healthily: they get raw, meaty bones with a blend of vegetables, garlic, fish oil, vinegar, and eggs every day (except Sunday, when we fast them). It's much healthier than convenience pellets and about the same price.
It costs about NT$15 (£0.36 or US$0.47) per day to feed each dog, which isn't expensive at all. But with 350 dogs, 47 cats, and a raccoon, our food bill for chicken becomes quite high.
Currently, we owe our very patient chicken supplier over NT$100,000 (£2,400/$3,150). Funds are low at The PACK Sanctuary right now. We used all the funds from our recent fundraiser to build gardens and kennels for 150 of our dogs and to help pay our monthly expenses (about NT$750,000/£18,200/$23,700) per month to run our sanctuaries).
I'm therefore appealing for donations towards our animals' food costs, so we can pay our very nice chicken vendor before our next delivery on Monday.
NT$1,000 feeds SIXTY-SIX dogs a healthy, delicious meal!

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. One round of this is a good start, feel free to repeat 2 more rounds if you can take it. Be sure to maintain good form when exercising!
To get the best out of my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I still train about 5-6 times a week during this outbreak). Feel free to incorporate your workout with my other training routines from my channel, choose what works best for you!

5 Ab exercises that burn massive calories.

Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "Fat burning Abs exercise" is because these ab movements have a great cardio element in it, in other words, they will help you to burn more calories than any standard ab exercise.
Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
