Recipe:
1 lb scallop, or Salmon , or prawn.
1 Tb oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Cayenne pepper
Salt
1-2 tsp soy sauce
Chopped parsley for decoration 0. Dry salmon. Sprinkle salt and pepper, marinate for 15 min. Dry again, pan fry both sides until just done .keep aside.
0. Mix the honey, water, vinegar, pepper, salt.
0. Wipe pan clean, add butter, heat until butter turns brown, add garlic, cook 2 mins, add mixture, boil, add soy sauce to taste. Boil until thickened .
0. Off heat, add salmon to the sauce and mix. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Same recipe can use for scallop and shrimp.

SOY HONEY GLAZED SALMON RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
200g Salmon Fillet
1/2 cup Edamame, peeled
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Eggs
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.
2) Start by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whist together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and garlic.
3) Place the salmon onto a baking dish covered with foil. Brush the soy sauce garlic marinade onto the salmon and let rest for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked through.
5) In the meantime, you can slice all the vegetables and make sunny side ups.
6) Once the salmon is done, remove from oven and let’d start to assemble our rice bowl.
7) Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
8) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
CHILLI BEEF RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Beef Fillet
1/2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Onion, sliced
4 - 5 Small Chilli, sliced
A bunch of Parsley, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
100g Baby Spinach
2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Steps:
1) Thinly slice the beef fillet.
2) Then marinade it with teriyaki sauce and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes.
3) In the meantime, let’s slice all the vegetables - onion, small chillis and parsley.
4) Coat the pan with sesame oil, and cook the onions until lightly golden brown and fragrant.
5) Add in the beef and lightly stir-fry until it’s almost cooked, for 3 - 5 minutes.
6) Then stir in the chillis and parsley, continue to cook very quickly for another 2 - 3 minutes. Done!
7) Now let’s cook the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
8) Finally, cook 2 sunny side ups.
9) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
10) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
TEMPEH KIMCHI RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Tempeh, sliced
1/2 cup Kimchi
100 Baby Spinach
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.
2) In a small bowl, whist together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and garlic.
3) Thinly slice the tempeh and place it onto a baking dish. Brush the marinade onto the tempeh and let rest for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until tempeh is lightly browned.
5) Now let’s cook the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
6) Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
7) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice - tempeh, kimchi and spinach.
8) If you are new to eating kimchi, then start with 1 tablespoon. If you love kimchi, then serve more. Kimchi is a great source of probiotics.
9) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.

1.法式吐司
材料
厚片吐司 1片 \ toast 1
雞蛋 4顆 \ egg 4
牛奶 150ml \ milk 150ml
奶油 少許 \ butter
蜂蜜 少許 \ honey
作法
1. 雞蛋加牛奶混合成蛋奶液。
2. 吐司浸泡蛋奶液,靜置10分鐘,讓吐司吸飽蛋液。
3. 氣炸鍋的烘烤盤中塗上少許奶油。
4. 將吐司放入烘烤盤中,再放入氣炸鍋中。
5. 以170℃烤約10分鐘,起鍋淋上蜂蜜即可。
2.薄皮脆雞
材料:
雞肉 1200公克 chicken 1200g
玉米粉 適量 corn starch
醃雞材料:
鹽 1/2茶匙 salt 1/2tsp.
糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp.
香蒜粉 1茶匙 garlic powder 1tsp.
洋蔥粉 1茶匙 onion powder 1tsp.
黑胡椒粉 1茶匙 ground black pepper 1tsp.
白酒 1大匙 white wine 1tbsp.
蛋 1顆 egg 1
作法:
1.將雞肉與醃料混和抓勻,靜置約4小時使之入味。
2.取一個盤子裝滿玉米粉,讓醃置好的雞塊均勻沾裹玉米粉,放入氣炸鍋烤盤,設定溫度180度15分鐘,待時間運轉結束即可。
3.煎牛排
材料
莎朗牛排 16盎司(約450公克) \ sirloin steak 16oz.
醃料
鹽 適量 \ salt
黑胡椒粉 適量 \ black pepper powder
作法
1.牛排兩面都撒上醃料,且均勻抹勻。
2.放入氣炸鍋中,設定200℃氣炸10分鐘。
3.氣炸完成後再燜3分鐘即可。
4.烤雞蛋豆腐
材料:
豆漿 260cc /soy milk
蛋 3顆 egg 3
鹽 1/4茶匙 salt 1/4tsp
玉米粉 1大匙 corn starch 1tbsp
醬汁材料:
柴魚 適量dried bonito flakes
蔥花 適量 scallion
柴魚醬油 適量 bonito soy sauce
作法:
1.將蛋液打勻,再加入豆漿、鹽、玉米粉(加入玉米粉口感更Q),過篩後倒入玻璃保鮮盒中,放入氣炸鍋設定溫度150℃20分鐘,待時間運轉結束後,再撒上柴魚片、蔥花即柴魚醬油即可。
5.啤酒氣炸蝦
材料
大草蝦 10尾 shrimps 10
啤酒 2大匙 beer 2tbsp.
蒜末 20公克 garlic 20g
辣椒末 10公克 chili 10g
蔥粒 20公克 scallion 20g
鹽 1/4茶匙 salt 1/4tsp.
黑胡椒粉 1/2茶匙 black pepper powder 1/2tsp.
作法
1. 蝦剪去頭尖刺與腳,再挑除腸泥。
2. 放入氣炸鍋的烘烤鍋中,表面噴上少許油。
3. 設定200℃,氣炸8分鐘。
4. 打開將蝦翻面,再噴少許油,繼續200℃,氣炸8分鐘。 (使用烘烤鍋要翻面受熱更均勻)
5. 打開加入其餘材料拌勻,再以200℃,氣炸3分鐘即可。 (最後嗆出啤酒與辛香料的風味)
6.一鍋三菜
材料:
A(泡菜豬肉片)
梅花肉片 150公克/ pork shoulder 150g
泡菜 100公克/kimchi 100g
蒜末 5公克/garlic 5g
蔥段 10公克/scallion 10g
醬油 1大匙/soy sauce 1tbsp.
細砂糖 1/2茶匙/sugar 1/2tsp.
米酒 1茶匙/ cooking rice wine 1tsp.
太白粉 1茶匙/ tapioca starch 1tsp.
B(糯米椒牛肉片)
牛肉片 150公克/ beef 150g
糯米椒片 40公克/ sweet chili 40g
紅辣椒片 5公克/ chili pepper 5g
蒜末 15公克/garlic 15g
太白粉 1/2茶匙/ tapioca starch 1/2tsp.
米酒 1茶匙/ cooking rice wine 1tsp.
醬油 1大匙/ soy sauce 1tbsp.
C(洋蔥雞丁)
雞丁 200公克/ chicken 200g
洋蔥片 80公克/ onion 80g
蔥段 10公克/scallion 10g
蒜末 10公克/ garlic 10g
辣豆瓣醬 1大匙/chili bean sauce 1tbsp.
米酒 1茶匙/ cooking rice wine 1tsp.
太白粉 1/2茶匙/ tapioca starch 1/2tsp.
7.鹽烤鮭魚肚
材料:
鮭魚肚條 4條 salmon belly 4
鹽 適量 salt
細蔥花 適量 scallion or chive
七味粉 適量 shichimi
作法:
1.將鮭魚肚條放入氣炸鍋中,表面撒上適量鹽巴,溫度設定180°C、20分鐘,待完畢後撒上細蔥花與七味粉即可。
標:讓氣炸鍋幫你瀝出多餘的油!
8.美式蘋果派
材料:
酥皮 3張 puff pastry 3
內餡材料:
蘋果丁 150公克cubed apples 150g
無鹽奶油 20公克 unsalted butter 20g
檸檬汁 1大匙 lemon juice 1tbsp
肉桂粉 少許 ground cinnamon
糖 30公克 sugar 30g
作法:
1. 奶油炒蘋果至透,加入糖、檸檬汁與肉桂粉攪拌至糖融化,放涼備用。
2. 酥皮直放對切成兩半,表面刷少許水後,舀一匙的蘋果內餡放在酥皮中間,上下1/3處往內對折,再將左右壓緊,用叉子在邊緣處壓出紋路,上方再斜劃兩刀,用叉子差出小孔防止烤時爆開,放入氣炸鍋,表面刷上蛋黃液,設定溫度170℃10分鐘即可。
9.古早味蛋糕
材料:
起司片 2片 cheese slice 2
麵糊材料:
蛋黃 3個 yolk 3
牛奶 50g milk
沙拉油 35g oil
糖 10g sugar
低筋麵粉 50g cake flour
打發蛋白材料:
蛋白 3份 egg white 3
糖 30g sugar
作法:
1.將牛奶、沙拉油及糖倒入鍋中加熱攪拌至糖融化,熄火後篩入麵粉並攪拌均勻,並放涼降溫後將蛋黃拌入。(降溫約40°C)
2.取另一碗將蛋白打至發泡,分兩次加入糖繼續打發至蛋白可立起。
標:糖分次打口感更細緻
3.舀出一半的打發蛋白加入作法1的麵糊中,混合均勻後再倒回剩餘的打發蛋白。
4.將烘培紙剪裁好裝入烘烤鍋中,將混合的麵糊倒入一半高度並抹平,放入兩片起司片,再將剩餘的麵糊倒入抹平,輕敲兩下將空氣擠出,放入氣炸鍋中設定溫度150°C10分鐘,再將溫度調降至140°C、15分鐘。
5.待時間運轉結束即可,可用牙籤戳入中央檢視麵糊狀況。(沒有沾粘牙籤即是熟透)
10鳳梨果乾
鳳梨 1顆 pineapple 1
作法
1.鳳梨去皮,切成0.5公分薄片;或是切成0.8公分的厚片。(薄片清脆;厚片Q勁)
2.將切好的鳳梨果肉穿插在烤架縫中。
3.可利用烤叉輔助,避免鳳梨重疊。 (重疊太多會不易烤乾)
4.設定85℃低溫氣炸60分鐘,再氣炸60分鐘即可;厚片以90℃低溫氣炸同樣時間即可。

Skinless Salmon filet 340g

Bell pepper 1pc
車厘茄 10粒

Quinoa (cooked) 2 cups
冠珍醬園生哂頭抽 80毫升

蜂蜜 100克
Honey 100g
蒜蓉 1茶匙
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
頭抽五花肉刈包 (2人份)
材料:
饅頭 2個
Plain steamed bao 2pc
五花肉 230克
Pork belly 230g
生菜 6片
Lettuce 6 slices
番茄 (切片) 4片
Tomato slices 4 slices
豬肉醃料
蒜蓉 1湯匙
Garlic (chopped) 1tbsp
五香粉 2茶匙
Allspice powder 2tsp
