My Kids love sweet potatoes. Sometimes we just steam them and eat them for breakfast or snacks. It’s rich in an antioxidant called beta carotene, which is very effective at raising blood levels of vitamin A, particularly in children. Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber, very filling, and delicious. They can be eaten boiled, baked, steamed, or fried. So today I want to try steaming them and making them into a roll. I like warm desserts, this can be one warm dessert that I will start making more often.
Ingredients for 1 foot long roll:
Step1:
. 320g Sweet potato (orange colour or others)
. 265g milk * Mix these 2 together first into a smooth paste and steam for 20 mins
Step 2:
. 110g Glutinous rice flour
. 30g Cornstarch
. 50g sugar (you can reduce amount or don't put at all)
. 30g Corn oil or coconut oil
* Mix STEP 1's paste with STEP 2 ingredients, BUT mix in the oil last. Then steam for 25 mins. After steaming, roll the dough for over 20+ times and then cling wrap and lift in the refrigerator for 1 hour before you roll it flat with cooked flour.
Cooked Flour For Rolling Ingredients:
. 50g Glutinous rice flour
* Must be cooked in a pan until it turns slight yellowish (no oil)
Actually it is pretty simple. Maya reminded me that we have red bean paste, so I have added a small red bean sweet potato roll for her. Not too bad I must say. The sugar in my video was being reduced, I will actually put a little more if you want it to be a sweet dessert. Try it then you will know how to adjust in your next cooking.
Have a great weekend everyone.

The first step is to identify your energy 🙌🏻 - what are you feeling at the moment? Are you angry? Anxious? Content?
Even though the emotions are placed in three different energy levels, it is not unusual to feel few emotions from other groups. If you identify with this, you may want to implement the type of activity that fits what you are feeling.
These are some of the activities that proved to be helpful 👇🏻
High energy: This is a simple breathing exercise you can try anywhere. Breath quietly through the nose for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds. Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound for 8 seconds. Start with four cycles to feel the effects, though you should do no more than eight reps in one sitting.
Grounded: Study a photograph, perhaps the photo at the top of this post. Close your eyes and try to recreate it in your mind. When you’ve got it, challenge yourself to add in other senses. What sounds are you hearing? What smells? And what feeling does the image evoke?
Low energy: Yoga is one such way to increase physical activity and combat fatigue. Most yoga asanas do not require special equipment and can be quickly done at home, provided an experienced yoga instructor oversees your practice. Three Yoga poses that successfully help with this is: Bhujangasana (cobra pose), Dhanurasana (bow pose), Tadasana (mountain pose).
However, I highly encourage you to research a little more to find the suitable one for you. I also want to add that if you are feeling high or low energy, please don't be too hard on yourself. We are figuring out life; hence it is not out of the ordinary to feel in a certain way. As long you are willing to take care of yourself, you are doing great 🌻💖

The Mind is more than just a game. It's an experiment, a journey, a team experience in which you can't exchange information, yet will become one to defeat all the levels of the game.
In more detail, the deck contains cards numbered 1-100, and during the game you try to complete 12, 10, or 8 levels of play with 2, 3, or 4 players. In a level, each player receives a hand of cards equal to the number of the level: one card in level 1, two cards in level 2, etc. Collectively you must play these cards into the center of the table on a single discard pile in ascending order but you cannot communicate with one another in any way as to which cards you hold. You simply stare into one another's eyes, and when you feel the time is right, you play your lowest card. If no one holds a card lower than what you played, great, the game continues! If someone did, all players discard face up all cards lower than what you played, and you lose one life.
You start the game with a number of lives equal to the number of players. Lose all your lives, and you lose the game. You start with one shuriken as well, and if everyone wants to use a shuriken, each player discards their lowest card face up, giving everyone information and getting you closer to completing the level. As you complete levels, you might receive a reward of a shuriken or an extra life. Complete all the levels, and you win!
For an extra challenge, play The Mind in extreme mode with all played cards going onto the stack face down. You don't look at the cards played until the end of a level, losing lives at that time for cards played out of order.

I have wanted to do this for a long time. Sonic the Hedgehog is my third favorite game in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise by Sega and Sonic Team. It was a revolutionary game that utilized speed both as a special ability of Sonic, and a reward for good play and memorization. The levels were designed around this as well, as we saw round level-design for the first time in any major platformer - for example, the loop-de-loops. Also, instead of just simply jumping on top of enemies to defeat them, you could get a running start and then press down on the d-pad to do a Spin Attack.
I played this on a real Sega Genesis Model 1 on a Mega Everdrive X7, but I do have a copy of the game on a real cartridge as well. My Genesis output video and audio through HD Retrovision cables. I split that signal into two using a ShinyBow distribution-amplifier (SB-3729). One end went into the Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC) and one went into my 14" Toshiba consumer-grade CRT television, so that I could play on a CRT while recording 960p gameplay.
You will be able to tell early on, but I don't play the game like everyone else. I try to get an extra life on every stage by collecting at least 100 rings, so I don't speed through the stages as quickly as possible. This might make you cringe or angry, but please understand. This is how I enjoy playing Sonic-games.
In that sense, Sonic 1 is the closest thing to a traditional 2D platformer that we have in the series, and so I like to accentuate this game's strengths by playing the game a little more slowly. My opinion is that the automatic, fast, pinball-like segments of the later games are fun in moderation, as are the more methodical platforming segments in this first game.

What’s in My Kitchen Pantry (15 Must Have!)
1) Teas - Drink green tea on a daily basis to support a healthy gut & weight.
2) Oats - Choose rolled oat as it’s less processed and will keep you fuller for longer.
3) Nut Butter - Buy 100% pure, without added salt / sugar or preservatives.
4) Nuts & Seeds - Buy in small packets to control your portion. Each serving is 40g!
