Resepi Biskut Florentine
Bahan-bahan
300 gm tepung florenta
100 gm kuaci putih
100 gm kepingan badam
100 gm bijan hitam
100 gm bijan
100 gm walnut
100 gm biji labu
Cara memasak
1. Bakar kuaci putih, kepingan badam, walnut, dan biji labu di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 160°C selama 5 minit.
2. Kemudian, campurkan bijan hitam, bijan, tepung florenta dan kekacang yang telah dibakar sehingga sebati.
3. Tuangkan campuran tersebut ke dalam acuan kek cawan kertas untuk bentuk bulat dan loyang yang dialas baking paper untuk bentuk petak.
4. Bakar selama 10-15 minit pada suhu 160°C.
5. Biskut Florentine Berkacang Rangup siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
300 gm florentine flour
100 gm white sunflower seeds
100 gm almond flakes
100 gm black sesame seeds
100 gm sesame seeds
100 gm walnuts
100 gm pumpkin seeds
Cooking methods
1. Bake white sunflower seeds, almond flakes, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds in the oven at 160°C for 5 minutes.
2. Then, mix black sesame seeds, sesame seeds, florentine flour, and baked nuts until well-combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a paper cupcake holder for a round shape and a tray lined with baking paper for a square shape.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 160°C.
