主廚MENU:
白玉野菜湯/檸檬奶油蝦麥米/和牛紐約客佐北非小米沙拉
●白玉野菜湯 (湯鍋)
Step1. 白玉野菜削皮切薄片、昆布,放入湯中冷水煮滾。
Step2. 放入味淋、清酒即可
●檸檬奶油蝦麥米(煎炒鍋/湯鍋)
Step1. 湯鍋滾水加鹽並放入麥米。
Step2. 煎鍋以橄欖油煎炒剝殼大蝦炒至金黃。
Step3. 放入菠菜、奶油、蒜末、檸檬汁。
Step4. 麥米與檸檬奶油蝦混合即可。
●和牛紐約客佐北非小米沙拉(煎炒鍋/燜燒鍋)
Step1. 悶燒鍋加入熱水將北非小米泡發。
Step2. 和牛紐約客以鹽、胡椒調味後用煎炒鍋以橄欖油煎至中心溫度45度並靜置。
Step3. 生菜以醋、檸檬、鹽、百里香調味。
Step4. 最後以奶油、百里香煎烤牛排至金黃酥脆。
Step5. 牛排與北非小米、沙拉呈盤即可。
