又有新酒莊登陸香港，今次係來自美國加州Santa Maria Valley嘅精品酒莊Ca' Del Grevino Estate Winery！ 全人手採收並以有機耕種，莊主Randeep Grewal 話想造優雅而酸度唔會太高嘅葡萄酒，飲成日都唔會覺得太酸。我問點解新年份全部都係2010-2013年，有別於一般美國葡萄酒現在已推出2017-2018年份，他說他想在最佳時間才出，不介意陳年多幾年才推出！恭喜Nelson Siu成為品牌大使兼伙伴之一！🎉🍷🥂試咗5款葡萄酒，我比較喜歡Element Triology 2010年，以Syrah為主葡萄，優雅而帶黑布冧、甜香料、紫花等，很切合莊主想要嘅優雅體驗。
Another new winery has launched in HK! Welcome Ca’ Del Greveno Winery! With hand harvested grapes & organic farming, Randeep Grewal, the winery owner, said he’d like to make elegant wines that are not too acidic and good for drinking it all day! I’m curious why his new vintages r from 2010-2013, but not 2017-2018 like the mass US wines, he said he wants to wait till it’s the right timing to drink before it’s launched. Congrats to Nelson Siu for being the winery’s ambassador & partner! 🎉🥂🍷Tried 5 wines and I like Element Triology 2010 more. It’s a Syrah based wine with black plum, sweet spices & floral notes. It’s an elegant experience like what Randeep said.
