Drum roll please 🥁 Dropping VHC air-fried crispy pork belly recipe in time for Mother’s Day {thịt heo quay}

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs pork belly with skin
• 2 tsp Chinese spicy bake mix seasoning (swipe to see packet)
Ingredients to clean the pork belly:
• 1/2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup warm water
Steps:
1. Clean the pork skin and meat with the salt, vinegar and warm water mixture.
2. Rinse and pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
3. Poke holes in the skin. Avoid poking the holes too deep into the fat/meat part of the pork belly. Wipe the skin again with a paper towel.
4. Place the pork belly on a plate. Meat side up and apply 1 tsp of the Chinese baking powder on the meat and the sides. Flip the pork belly over so the skin is on top. Apply 1 tsp on the skin. Refrigerate the pork belly uncovered for at least 4 hours.
5. Remove pork belly from the refrigerator and let it sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
6. Preheat air fryer to 400F in the middle rack.
7. Place pork belly in a foil and securely wrap the foil to create an edge around the pork belly.
8. Place in the air fryer and cook for 40 minutes.
9. Remove the pork belly and move the rack to the highest level, closest to the heating element. Increase the temperature to 450 and cook for another 10 minutes or until desired crispiness.
10. Remove and cut into smaller pieces.
Enjoy!

When I was a little child, my dad always took us to a fast food division of Chinese Restaurant to have the Deep Fried Chicken Leg. It was heavenly good that my saliva still running out when I am talking about this. The marination was far more complicated, time consuming and costly that nowadays no restaurant will do. however, the result was extremely good that it becomes priceless. It is exactly love at the FIRST BITE. That is the motivation I am so determined to rewrite and show it to you. It is so pity such such Cooking wisdom, knowledge and effort from our old respectable predecessors will be disappeared very soon.

●春キャベツ:半玉(もちろん普通のキャベツでもOK)
●鶏皮:約350g
●キムチお好み量
●お酒少々(鶏皮漬ける用)
●塩こしょう
●醤油:大さじ2
●みりん:大さじ2
●お酒:大さじ2
●砂糖:小さじ1~2(ラカントとかにするとより糖質を抑えられるよ♪)
●生姜:小さじ1/2~1
●にんにく:小さじ1/2~1
●マヨネーズお好み量
●ブラックペッパー
●ホワイトペッパー(あるとよりやみつきな味になります)

今回は日本の屋台で良く見かける僕たちの大好きな屋台おつまみを作ってみました。
こんがり香ばしく焼いた鶏皮のカリカリ感と
ふんわりシャキシャキとした春キャベツとの食感も最高なんですが
甘辛な鶏皮とみずみずしく甘みのある春キャベツ、
それからキムチの辛みがとんでもないやみつきな味を生み出してくれてます。
そこにマヨネーズとブラックペッパーとホワイトペッパーが加わると
まぁー箸とお酒が止まらんのですw
この料理は本当に簡単っていうのもあるのですが
何より自分好みの焼き加減に出来る所が個人的に一番おすすめしたい所です。
生野菜が苦手なお子さんもこれならパクパク食べてくれると思いますし
糖質制限をされている方にもおすすめですよ♪
特に大人のおつまみとしてはかなりやべぇ事になっているので
是非大好きなお酒を用意して作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Spring cabbage :Half (of course, you can use regular cabbage)
● Chicken skin: about 350g
● Kimchi to taste
● A little sake (for soaking the chicken skin)
● Salt and pepper
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Mirin 2 tablespoons
● Sake 2 tablespoons
● Sugar: 1~2 teaspoons (you can use LACANTS to reduce the sugar content)
● Ginger: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
● Garlic: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
● Mayonnaise to taste
● Black pepper
● White pepper (for a more addictive taste)

This time, we made our favorite street food that you can often find at
food stalls in Japan.
The crunchiness of the chicken skin and the crispiness of the spring
cabbage have a wonderful texture.
The sweet and spicy chicken skin, fresh and sweet spring cabbage, and
the spiciness of the kimchi were a perfect combination.
And then, mayonnaise, black pepper, and white pepper are added to it.
I can't stop eating and drinking lol
This dish is really easy to make, but the best part is that it can be
grilled to your liking.
Even children who don't like raw vegetables will enjoy eating this
dish. It is also recommended for those who are on a sugar restriction
diet ♪

●長ねぎ:2本
(緑の部分ももちろん食べられるのですが少しクセがあるのでお子さんも食べる場合は入れない方が食べやすいと思います)
●鶏ささみ:3~4本(約150g~200g)
塩とお酒少々(鶏ささみを茹でる用)
●ザーサイ:約50g(無くても十分美味しいんですが、あるとより美味しく頂けます♪)
●ごま油:大さじ2
●丸鶏がらスープの素:小さじ1
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1
●塩こしょう適量
●ブラックペッパー
●炒りごま
※長ねぎの水分は出来るだけとってあげて下さい(味がぼやけるのを防げます)
※ザーサイを入れない場合は味見をして塩気が足らなかったら塩や丸鶏がらスープの素を少し足して下さい。
※長ねぎの辛みが好きな方は流水でゆすぐ回数と流水にさらす時間を少なめにして下さい。

無限に美味しく食べられる最高の食感を生み出してくれています。
しっとり柔らかい鶏ささみも旨味をプラスしてくれるだけじゃなく
長ねぎとザーサイの食感も引き立ててくれて最高なんです!
ささみが入ってる事で糖質制限されている方にも
これだけで十分満足出来る食べ応えになってますよ♪
今回はラーメンのトッピングに合わせて食べましたが
糖質制限されている方には豆腐の上にトッピングしても美味しいですし
ご飯の上に卵黄と一緒に乗せて少し醤油をかけて食べても最高に旨いです!!
とても簡単ですがお酒のおつまみにはもちろん
色んな料理に使える万能ネギにもなってますよ♪
冬は特に風邪とかにもなりやすいので
免疫力アップ、風邪予防に『無限ネギ塩ささみ』を是非作って食べてみて下さい。
【Ingredients】(Expiration date: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Japanese leek: 2
(The green part can be eaten, of course, but it is a bit peculiar, so
if you want your children to eat it, it would be easier to leave it
out.)
● Chicken tender: 3 to 4 (about 150g to 200g)
● Salt and a little sake (for boiling the chicken pieces)
● Zha cai (pickled mustard plant): about 50g (it's delicious without
it, but it tastes even better with it)
● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
● Chicken broth: 1 teaspoon
● Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Black pepper
● Roasted sesame seeds
※ Drain as much water as possible from the green onions (this will
prevent the taste from blurring).
※ If you don't add zha cai, taste it and add a little salt or chicken
broth if it is not salty enough.
※ If you like the spiciness of the spring onions, rinse them under
running water less often and leave them under running water for less
time.
