最近找到朋友一起運動解鎖WG團課
上週因為她落枕(我沒有笑她真的XD)
我月經來自動休(耍)養(廢)七天
進入正題這次依照約定去上了Body Blance
Wade老師出國換代課老師上但還是有不錯的體驗
聽朋友說以為是瑜珈的概念
後來發現還有融合太極跟皮拉提斯
看似靜態卻可以活動到多部位也同時加強柔軟度
對國小國中坐姿體前彎只有20cm的人有點勉強
但我還是盡量把動作跟到位用耳朵聽去感受呼吸
真的是蠻舒服的一堂課
有人這樣形容有氧課的嗎哈哈
最後老師把燈全關了一片黑突然有點無助
要大家都躺下放鬆閉眼(這裡我有點不太確定)
第一次接觸流程都還不清楚
因為不太清楚就有偷起來瞄老師動作
但也看不出什麼所以然就坐著說話
而且也沒有聽得很詳細內容說些什麼
想問這部分真的只需要閉眼放鬆嗎？
大家都會在這時候想些什麼呀～
