因此我也想和大家分享，根據古老清朝御醫流傳下來的製作方法：
1、製作者製作前先靜心，選擇尚未熟透的藏青果訶子🫒
2、一顆顆敲破只取果肉，並且肉眼人力一一挑去雜質、蟲蛀等等，留下對人體最好的部分
3、用太陽曝曬乾燥淨化
4、再細細磨粉（此時避免過熱導致粉末變質，粉體磨得愈細愈好，給鼻黏膜吸收時或敷臉接觸皮膚或痤瘡時會更有幫助）
如此製作，就可以取得效果、能量特別好的Haritaki 🌳

Aloha! This video: CHEBE POWDER MASK ON MINI TWISTS, is to show you HOW TO GROW, MOISTURISE, STRENGTHEN & RETAIN LENGTH ON 4C HAIR. I have 4c hair and I've been using chebe on my hair for length retention for almost a year now. I usually apply it to my hair when it's out or in braids but this is the first time I've applied it in mini twists.

My DIY chebe mix consists of 4 main "ingredients":
1. Chebe powder. I bought the chebe powder directly from Miss Sahel's website (Sahel cosmetics) I purchased it with my own money. Shipping was super fast - it took only a week from Chad to Malaysia.
2. Shea Butter Whip MADE by Radw. This is my baby ^.^ Purchase from @BuyMADEbyRadw on Instagram
3. Cantu leave in conditioner (any brand of leave in / moisturiser will do)
4. Any oil(s) of your choice (I used coconut oil and my DIY chebe infused oil with amla and olive oil)
