限制入境美國
（「有咩用吖？」）
今日國務卿話收到美帝指示要加辣，所以宣布限制有份削弱香港自治嘅中國官員同家屬入境美國（係包埋家屬嘅"Family members of such persons may also be subject to these restrictions."）。
美帝今次嘅制裁（President Trump promised to punish），好難唔令人聯想尋日由民主黨議員主力推動，响參議院通過"Hong Kong Autonomy Act"。因為將會有好多參眾議員比壓力佢。只要大家回想下當日參議院通過咗「一張廢紙」之後，幾咁多「心急人上」，「有咩用吖？」或者「得個講字」...下刪三千字
嗱，老老實實，個入境簽證限制既無開名，無實際內容，亦唔關香港官員事，總會有人繼續話「有L用咩？」，而且又的確「大不了唔去美國」。重點其實並唔係限制簽證嘅內容，而係美帝嘅姿態同埋與議會嘅博奕同互動。
就算美國係行總統制，並唔代表美帝牢牢掌握美國管治權，乜都可以一錘定音。因為美國畢竟都係民主社會（仲要就黎大選），議員每次審議、通過一條呢啲法案或者乜乜物物譴責動議，尤其是現時多數係民主同共和兩黨聯手，呢個就係對總統嘅一種壓力，記得當日共和黨Rubio點迫眾議院通過「一張廢紙」嗎？請記住參眾兩院多表咗幾多選票同背後利益集團，全體通過唔係舉手機器呀！
正如《Financial Times》嘅亞洲主編Jamil Anderlini所形容：

（係人都知美國依家嘅仇恨係超越共和民主跨黨派，換唔換總統已經係外交策略執行力，而唔係整體政策方向嘅問題。所以 Trump同Biden之間嘅分別，就係睇邊個可以更有效執行外交政策，打擊要害。）
