I will do a throwback on all my races in 2019 on a daily basis.
[Sibu Tower Run 2019] - Won the race for the second consecutive times with a new Course Record 🎖️ (owned previous record as well) with the time of 20:56 min on a 5km run + 28F Up (627 steps). Well organized race by @undergroundrunnerssibu and thanks Sibu Municipal Council on appointing me to be the Ambassador for the second time in a row and on next year @sibutower as well. I am looking forward to come back again and win it for the 3rd time! Next year will be a pure tower race. Running up straight 28 floors (627 steps). It will be on 8th of March 2020. Running up the tallest building in East Malaysia, Wisma Sanyan, Sibu, Sarawak.
[La Verticale de la Tour Eiffel 2019] - 4th placing with the time of 8:53 minutes. Missed the podium (3rd placing) by 3 seconds. Happy to improve a 22 seconds compared to 2018 edition and from 9th placing to 4th placing. I am looking forward on year 2020, aiming for podium!
In 2020 edition, it will be a different distance due to the construction at the top part. We will be only running up 665 steps to the second floor instead of 1665 steps to the top. A whole new challenge as we have to qualify to the final and run again. Definitely gonna be fun and challenging.
[Lotte Tower SkyRun] - Won the Individual Race with the time of 16:37 minutes. Happy to have win the race in the individual challenge. Fourth overall as there were elite category as well but I did not compete under elite category. It's a 500m elevation climb, with a total of 2917 steps, 123 floors. A super long one and also my first time travel to Seoul. I can't wait to take part again in year 2020 to improve my timing!
