First Game completed. 6th placing out of 14 Elites with the time of 8:40 min for 57 Floors with three refugee floors (3 x 60m) and a pre run of around 50m as well. Felt strong as I accelerate throughout the race. Start conservatively, slowly build up the pace, overtook 5 athletes throughout the race.

Not Tower this time, but Hospital Stairs. They have 350+- of steps up to 14 floors.
A tips to share with tower runner, go and climb up different buildings, as every buildings will have different structure of stairs. The more variation you climb, the more you know how to tackle the stairs during the race.
Ps: You might feel dizzy while watching.
