嘩嘩嘩！超久沒有去港式「飲茶」了！其實小時候不太愛「飲茶」，素食後就光明正大地不用去，本來是挺開心的 🤣 後來太久沒去，居然還有點懷念，畢竟這是我們香港的本土文化啊 😎
最近這家【緻素坊 Veggie Kingdom】超級紅，很多素友都非常推薦！說到我的最愛一定是「叉燒包」！這個叉燒包跟傳統的有些許不一樣，包子外層有點像「菠蘿油」的酥皮 ，悄悄告訴你，我以前最討厭吃叉燒包 😅 現在居然那麼喜歡，連我自己也不敢相信 😆
還有一向喜愛的「燒賣」，素食版的燒賣感覺更真材實料，我可以一個人吃3籠 ✌️ 還有「腸粉」也是必點，超推薦「靈芝菇素腸」😋
第一次去的時候超興奮，與其他3位美女點了超多點心，感覺把整個點心紙的食物都點了一遍 😂 第二次去是跟家人，大家都意外地覺得好吃 😇

It's been a long time since I went to Hong Kong-style "Dim Sum House"! In fact, I didn’t really like "Dim Sum House" when I was young. I was happy that I don't have to go after my switch. But sometimes will miss it because it is our local culture in Hong Kong 😎
Recently this [Veggie Kingdom] is super popular, and many vegans highly recommend it! Speaking of my favorite, it must be "BBQ Pork Buns - Cha Siu Bao"! This Cha Siu Bao is a little different from the traditional one. The outer layer of the bun is a bit like "pineapple bun". Let me tell you secretly, I used to hate the Cha Siu Bao the most. Now I actually like it so much, I can't believe it myself 😆
There is also the "Pork Dumplings - Siu Mai" that has always been my favorite. It feels like the vegan version of Siu Mai has more real ingredients. I can have 3 cages by myself. ✌️ There is also "Rice Noodle Rolls" which is also a must try. I highly recommend the "Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom" flavor 😋
I was so excited when I went there for the first time. I ordered a lot of dim sum with 3 other beauties. We felt like we ordered the whole dim sum paper food. The second time I went with my family, everyone unexpectedly found it delicious 😇

- Dashi soup from kombu & bonito flakes 100ml
- Water mixed with potato starch 30ml

1) 鵝油煎蛋
材料：
雞蛋 3個/eggs 3pcs
鵝油 適量/goose oil q.s.
醬油 適量/soy sauce q.s.
作法：
1.鍋中加入適量鵝油加熱，打入一顆雞蛋，煎至蛋白邊緣微焦。
2.用筷子將蛋對折，煎至雙面焦香後取出。
3.荷包蛋上淋上適量醬油，搭配白飯食用可再淋上適量鵝油，一起拌飯更香。
2) 鵝油拌青菜
材料：
菠菜 300公克/ spinach 300g
鵝油 1大匙/ goose oil 1tbsp.
調味料：
日式醬油 2大匙/bonito sauce 2tbsp.
鵝油蔥酥 2大匙/fried shallot with goose oil 2tbsp.
作法
1.菠菜放入滾水中，加入鵝油，汆燙至軟，再撈起瀝乾水。
2.將菠菜放入盤中，淋上日式醬油，再淋上鵝油蔥酥，拌勻食用即可。
3) 鵝油筍乾
材料：
筍絲 600公克/ preserved bamboo shoots 600g
鵝油 4大匙/ goose oil 4tbsp.
蔥段 20公克/scallion 20g
辣椒片 20公克/chili pepper 20g
薑片 30公克/ginger 30g
調味料：
醬油膏 4大匙/ thick soy sauce 4tbsp.
米酒 3大匙/cooking rice wine 3tbsp.
細糖 2大匙/sugar 2tbsp.
水 500公克/water 500g
作法：
1.筍絲放入滾水中汆燙，再取出瀝乾。
2.熱鍋放入鵝油加熱，放入辣椒片、薑片、蔥段，炒至略焦香，再放入筍絲、所有調味料拌勻煮滾。
3.轉小火，煮約30分鐘即可。
4) 鵝油炒麵
材料：
油麵 500公克/alkaline noodle 500g
肉絲 150公克/shred pork 150g
高麗菜絲 200公克/ cabbage 20g
紅蘿蔔絲 50公克/ carrot 50g
辣椒片 10公克/chili pepper 10g
鵝油蔥酥 4大匙/ fried shallot with goose oil 4tbsp.
調味料：
白胡椒粉 1茶匙/ white pepper powder 1tsp.
醬油 2大匙/soy sauce 2tbsp.
水 350公克/water 350g
作法
1.鍋中倒入鵝油蔥酥加熱，放入肉絲，炒至肉絲變白。
2.再放入紅蘿蔔片、高麗菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲炒香，再加入所有調味料煮滾。
3.放入油麵，拌煮一下讓麵吸飽湯汁至麵條脹大、醬汁變少，再盛盤即可。

新規オープンした広島ラーメンの人気店に初訪問！広島県広島市『一ノ口十ノ口』に伺ってきました。こちらは以前「めじろ」として営業されていましたが、移転し新たにオープンしたお店です。広島はお好み焼きやラーメン、激辛つけ麺などB級グルメの宝庫ですが、それらは戦後復興と大きく関わってきました。満州からの引揚者の屋台ラーメンをみて、1957年に作り上げられた広島のラーメン屋台「しまい」が今の広島ラーメンの原型と言われます。そのやり方を伝授し、昭和33年に屋台としてオープンしたのがロイドごはんでも伺ったことがある『陽気』。そしてその親戚筋が「すずめ」を開業したと言われており、広島で「鳥系」と言われる中華そばの人気店の源流になっています。今回伺ったお店は「すずめ」の味を今に受け継ぐお店。初めての訪問を楽しみに伺いましたので、早速ご覧ください！

Hiroshima is a treasure trove of B-class gourmet foods such as okonomiyaki, ramen, and spicy tsukemen, but they have been greatly involved in postwar reconstruction. Looking at the street ramen of the repatriated people from Manchuria, the ramen stand "Sashimi" in Hiroshima, which was built in 1957, is said to be the prototype of today's Hiroshima ramen. "Cheerful", which I have heard about Lloyd's rice, was opened as a food stall in 1958 after teaching how to do it. It is said that the relatives opened "Suzume", which is the source of the popular Chinese noodle shop called "Bird" in Hiroshima. The shop I visited this time is a shop that inherits the taste of "sparrow". I'm looking forward to your first visit, so please have a look!
