故事是這樣,
以前一個人跑,覺得很痛快,可以用腳步踏上世界舞台。
漸漸的,這個傻子不認為自己是什麼咖,應該要讓更多人去認識超馬多日賽世界舞台。
於是,傻子用自己的力量,帶領著一群好弟兄、姐妹來辦理推廣多日賽,幾年下來,我們腳步去了許多地方,包括:新疆、內蒙古、甘肅、吳哥窟、墾丁、阿里山...等。
當然,燒盡好不容易在其他項目賺到的錢來支持「多日賽推廣」,所以,有些好弟兄、姐妹們認爲這樣的夢太不落地,於是熱情慢慢冷卻、離開,但,傻瓜意志沒有被澆熄,即便人來來去去,一樣堅持,付出許多大家看不到的鮮血、汗水。
疫情下,賽事非常不容易推廣,這樣的問題不是只有我們台灣,是全球性的議題,只是,我想告訴大家,我們堅持幾年下來,終於被許多國際賽事單位看見,其一就是「4Desert」四大極地賽事,已經將SUPERACE阿里山站列為夥伴賽事,並揭露於官方網站,共同廣告。
這只是我們的第一步,
這只是我們進入國際舞台第二步,
我們還有更偉大的夢想,讓世界看到台灣。
不知道疫情會變成什麼,但希望大家未來可以一起跟我用雙腳看世界。

How to Squat, Lunge, Push-up & Plank Correctly (Dos & Don'ts!) | Joanna Soh
Are you doing some of the most basic exercises correctly? Squats, lunges, push-ups and planks are some of the most common exercises we do whether it's following an online workout video, in the gym or joining a group class. Why? They are total body toning at its best!
Done correctly, these exercises will help you sculpt sexy curves, get you stronger plus and they have tons of variations for you to keep progressing. However if done incorrectly, you could hurt your lower back, knees, and fail to see results.
In this video, I'll be guiding you through step-by-step on how to perform a squat, lunge, push-up and plank correct. I'll be showing you the common mistakes to avoid and adjustments to make in ensuring your form is perfect.

Little Nightmares 2 Elevator Puzzle - The Pale City Guide
first puzzle you'll encounter in the Pale City.
Elevator Puzzle
Hop down towards the elevator and flip the switch inside it. This will take you up, but you’ll need a key to get through, so head back down.
While heading down, you’ll notice a hole in the wall on the right and some planks you can climb on. Hit the switch in the elevator again and, while it's going back up, jump over to this platform and climb up. Start making your way up and you’ll pop up right in front of the locked elevator.
Head to the room on the left and you’ll find the key in the first drawer on the bottom right. Once you’ve got it, unlock the elevator. Six will move over to boost you up to the switch on the left, but there are some things you’ll have to do first.
This puzzle is a little tricky, but mainly, the switch on this floor brings the elevator back up. So, head inside the elevator and flip the switch so it goes down, then run back out. Once it hits the bottom. Have Six boost you up again to pull the switch so it comes back up.
Now, wait a bit, then jump on the top of the elevator. This will lift you up to the next floor.
