除了上回提到的「意大利拉麵」外，當晚整個菜單也有不少亮點菜式和酒配：如據說會帶來好運的茅草環燉軟嫩三重縣黑鮑魚，和入口即化的京都茄子味噌田樂燒配喜之次魚和近畿意大利蝦，吃起來滑潤醬香飽滿，海鮮鮮嫩解腻。我最喜愛的酒配則是大分縣豐後西冷配撒丁島藍洋薊多吃配2013 La Magia #BrunellodiMontalcino 意大利托斯卡納紅酒，紅酒略帶橡木煙熏味和炭烤的西冷一拍即合。

Since Super Mario has bridged the culture exchange between Italy and Japan so as the cuisines since the 80s. The cuisines share the similar value in simple cooking style by using ingredients followed the season.

Besides the “Italian Ramen”, there’s many highlights in the menu with wine and sake pairing such as succlent Simmered Black Abalone from #Mie and Charcoal Grilled #Kyoto Aubergine with #Dengaku Miso Kinki & Italy Shrimp with Kyoto Pepper. My favorite wine pairing goes to the #Oitabungo Sirloin, the smoky and oaky red from #Toscana - 2013 La Magia #BrunellodiMontalcino pairs really well with the grilled meat.
