This video can be transitioned over from the pigeon pose video to the mermaid pose. This is a really yummy and fun pose to do.
I know this is definitely one of my go to poses when I’m at the beach.
Option to use blocks and straps to help you get into a good alignment of the pose and help to deepen the stretch.
