It took isolation and being alone to finally find myself. I start to see that my happiness is always relying on other people and other things. It’s never coming from myself for myself. It took a lot of self doubt and self reflection to finally realize that, “Oh, I’ve lost it. I need to find and get her back.”
It’s been 4 months that I’ve been on this solo journey of finding myself. Although it’s a struggle at times, I continue to love myself more each day and grow. I start to choose which voice do I want to hear, and block the rest that affect my emotions. Having full control to our mental health is not something easy, it requires lots of practice and self affirmation. IT IS as important as physical health, if not, more.
Here are some quotes that I find useful, and hope you find them useful too. ✨✨✨

✍️ Bài mẫu Writing Task 1:
The pie charts compare the percentages of energy consumed for various purposes and how much greenhouse gas is emitted by an average Australian family.
Overall, heating accounts for the highest energy consumption, yet the largest proportion of CO2 emitted belongs to water-heating.
42% of energy consumed in an Australian family is used for heating, which is the highest figure on the chart, followed by that of water-heating, at approximately 30%. In contrast, the figure for other appliances makes up merely 15% and the rest, including refrigeration, cooling and lighting, occupy trivial proportions, under 7% each.
In terms of greenhouse gas released, water-heating and other appliances are the major causes, with about 32% and 28% respectively. In comparison, the data of heating and refrigeration are lower, standing at about 15% each. Both cooling and lighting are responsible for the production of one-tenth of total gas emissions.

It is sometimes argued that punishments should be imposed on children so that they could differentiate between right and wrong in the early years of their lives. While I accept that punishments can sometimes have positive effects on children and therefore should be applied, I believe that parents and teachers should choose proper ways to punish their children.
Punishments could change awareness of children. Once they have wrong-doings such as disobeying or telling a lie, instant punishments are vital for them to realize their mistakes and eliminate bad behaviors. Parents could give their children warnings or light physical punishments if they are too stubborn. For instance, when I skipped classes at primary school, my mother asked me to walk to school rather than take a bus and do chores for a week. This not only helps me realize truancy is improper but also increases my self-discipline.
However, parents and teachers should choose appropriate ways to teach good behaviours to children. Harsh corporal punishments should not be used because they affect negatively children’s psychology, such as mental disorders and deep depressions, and pose a threat to their physical health. Instead, parents can opt for educational punishments such as doing housework, setting limit to recreational time, or reducing allowance to avoid money wasting for useless activities. Teachers, similarly, should not reinforce corporal punishment or humiliation but alternatively require them to write their wrongs to educate them about classroom’s disciplines or submit more homework.
In conclusion, it seems to me that punishment is of significance to educate children how to distinguish right from wrong, which punishments are applied should be carefully chosen.

Back from my digital detox day off🥰 I love my off day from the digital world. To disconnect from smartphone and social media is refreshing. 💙
I used to not have any social media platforms when most of the people I know have them and for me, to mind with just 1 world is a lot easier.
I started my social media platforms because of my writing and photography journey, I want to share my writings and art, and perhaps aspire, inspire and help people along the way. It's my workspace, besides opportunities, there are challenges and time off is needed to re-energise.
There are advantages and disadvantages to the digital world, just like the real world. For the digital world, you just have to know when to switch on and off and to focus and work on the advantages. Most importantly, know that your real life should be your main priority no matter what.
Countless studies showed strong correlations between social media usage and depression and anxiety which may affect your mental health. Dependence on digital devices may also change the way our brains operate for the worse.
That's why digital detox is crucial. Many benefits you can reap from practising digital detox. It helps you to reduce screen time, reduce stress and anxiety, be more personable, build relationships, stop comparing yourself to others, change the way you seek validation, better mental health and physical health, better sleep, posture, hormonal and cellular health, be more engaged with real-world activities and so much more!
So how you can start to digital detox? Create a schedule that works for you and follow it. Establish a device-free space or just put your smartphone aside or out of sight. Work on yourself and pick up a new skill or hobby. Focus on building a relationship with yourself and the people who matter.
It's important to do it at your own pace. Digital detoxing can make you feel more refreshed and live a better and positive life. Pick a time for you to step away from your phone screen and appreciate what you have in front of you - other than the tech devices.
It's time for us to reconnect more with people and the real world. Together we improve our overall wellbeing. 💪
