Ở nhà lâu quá rồi, không chỉ thấy buồn bực mà mọi người có thấy bản thân còn hay cáu gắt hơn, bị mất động lực hứng thú làm việc, khó tập trung, ngủ nghỉ cũng cứ loạn cả lên không ạ?
Thực ra đây là tình trạng bình thường (gọi là “cabin fever”) khi chúng ta phải hạn chế các giao tiếp xã hội trong thời gian quá lâu, vì bản năng của con người là kết nối. Thời gian qua mình cũng có thử 1 số cách để cải thiện sức khoẻ tinh thần như thế này, mọi người tham khảo nha:
1. Cố gắng tiếp xúc với các yếu tố tự nhiên bên ngoài trong điều kiện cho phép, như là ánh nắng, không khí, cây cối,… Đó là một trong những lý do mà đợt này vợ chồng mình chăm mua cây cối hơn 😃 Mọi người có thể thử trồng hoa hoặc các loại thảo mộc thơm tự nhiên (như hương thảo), cũng rất tốt nha.
2. Thiết lập thói quen lành mạnh: Thời gian ở nhà này là cơ hội tuyệt vời để mình thiết lập 1 số thói quen tốt. Mình đã follow được 2 workout challenge của Chloe Ting rồi. Dù tập sáng hay chiều cứ phải hoàn thành bài tập ngày hôm đấy, coi như mình đã hoàn thành ít nhất 1 mục tiêu trong ngày. Tất cả những điều đó khiến mình đi vào một quy trình và sẽ bớt đi thời gian dành cho cảm xúc tiêu cực đấy ạ 😉
3. Nỗ lực duy trì các mối quan hệ xã hội: Mình vẫn liên tục gọi điện video call cho team hàng tuần, ngày nào cũng gọi cho ông bà nội ngoại của Bơ và thỉnh thoảng gọi những người bạn thân thiết để nói chuyện tâm sự. Nhiều bạn còn có các hoạt động như là xem phim online cùng nhau, chơi game nhóm,… để giảm bớt nỗi cô đơn khi ở nhà một mình quá lâu. Cách này sẽ giúp mình duy trì 1 mức độ kết nối nhất định với cộng đồng nhé mọi người.
4. Phát triển các sở thích/kỹ năng của bản thân: Cái này thì mình chưa có cơ hội vì thực ra vẫn bận rộn cả ngày với việc gia đình, nhưng tối con đi ngủ mình vẫn tranh thủ vừa skincare, vừa xem Youtube những kênh như Ted- Ed hoặc The School of Life hoặc để học được nhiều thứ mới. Hôm nào không mệt quá thì đọc sách nữa. Đầu tư thời gian phát triển sở thích cá nhân cũng là một hương đi tích cực và tiềm năng, đặc biệt khi mọi người đang dành nhiều thời gian online như bây giờ.
5. Dành thời gian cho bản thân: Cái này mình cũng chia sẻ nhiều rồi nhưng vì nó đặc biệt quan trọng nên phải nhắc lại. Mình dành khoảng 20p mỗi ngày để thiền, khiến tâm trí thả lòng và nhận thức về bản ngã tốt hơn. Ai mà không có thời gian thì thử những bài stretching trên Youtube đi cũng rất đã. Mọi người cũng có thể tìm xem các bộ phim, nghe các podcast tích cực để bồi dưỡng giá trị tinh thần cho mình nhé.

Thú thực, hôm nay tôi quá bận rộn với những dự án mới 1 phần, một phần khác tôi view thị trường sẽ còn nhiều đợt pump and hump nữa và không tốt chút nào cho một nhà đầu tư theo Kungfu Stock style nên chỉ coi market sau phiên giao dịch mà không coi diễn biến trong phiên.
Không ngạc nhiên khi thị trường tiếp giao dịch với khối lượng lớn, và hơn 66% cổ phiếu trên sàn ngập trong sắc đỏ, trong khi index chỉnh 0.46%.
Trong trường phái của Trend Following thì khi có những dấu hiệu xấu trong 1 trend lên ở đỉnh với những cây nến tệ lậu, và những hành vi mania fever mua bán bất chấp để lý giải thì việc bạn xem xét lại vị thế là vô cùng quan trọng.
Và bài học với Micheal W Covel cũng quan trọng như thế 🙂.
