Hereditary hair loss is inevitable?

Start tackling the problem by adjusting our lifestyle. Get enough sleep, stop being a night owl, and learn to relieve stress. Eat foods that can nourish the yin and kidneys and replenish the qi and the blood. Consume ingredients such as black bean, black sesame seeds, black fungus, Chinese yam, chives, walnut, and wolfberry. If need be, go for acupuncture to improve the circulation of the qi and blood in the scalp.

●長ねぎ:2本
●ごま油(長ねぎ焼く用)
●大葉:10枚
[特製のやみつき漬けダレ]
●めんつゆ(3~4倍濃縮):大さじ1と1/2(白だしでもOK)
●醤油:大さじ1と1/2
●ナンプラー(魚醤):大さじ1
●お酒:70ml
●みりん:50ml
●胡麻油:大さじ1
●豆板醤:小さじ1(コチュジャンでもOK)
●赤味噌:小さじ1(普通の味噌でもOK)
●炒りごま:お好み量
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1
●おろし生姜:小さじ1
●砂糖:小さじ2(ラカントにするとさらに糖質抑えられます)
●唐辛子:1本
●お好みで韓国唐辛子粉、ラー油、ブラックペッパー
※辛いのが苦手な方は豆板醤を普通の味噌にしてもOK
※ナンプラーが苦手な方は醤油に変更してもOK
※最後に必ず味見をして味の濃さは決めてあげてね

『超やべぇやみつき大葉ネギ』を作りました。
前回の『超やべぇやみつき大葉茄子』の時にも使ったこの特製のタレが
とにかくyoutubeでも大好評でそれを香ばしく焼いた葱に合わせた
今回も最高にやべぇ自慢のレシピになってます♪
魚醤と和風出汁と味噌の旨味を吸ったシャキシャキ葱に
さっぱりさせてくれる大葉との相性がマジ抜群過ぎて…
無限に何個でも食べられる超やべぇやみつき感です🤤
ご飯のお供にはもちろんですがラーメンのトッピングにも最高に旨いですよ!
それ以外でも素麺、油そば、うどん、豆腐、焼肉、鶏のむね肉などなど色んな物に超合います♪
今回も作り方は焼いて特製ダレに漬けるだけ♪
とっても簡単なので是非是非作ってみて下さい。
ただ一つ困る事があるとしたら旨すぎて作り置きにならない!って事くらいですねw
[Ingredients] (preserve period: 3 to 4 days)
● Green onion: 2
● Sesame oil (for cooking green onions)
● Shiso leaves: 10
[Specially made addictive sauce]
● Noodle soup (3 to 4 times concentrated): 1 1/2 tablespoons (white soup stock can also be used)
● Soy sauce: 1 1/2 tablespoons
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon
● Sake: 70ml
● Mirin: 50ml
● Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang: 1 teaspoon (gochujang is also fine)
● Red miso: 1 teaspoon (you can use regular miso)
● Roasted sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
● Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon
● Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
● Sugar: 2 teaspoons (you can use lakanto for even less sugar)
● Chili pepper: 1
● Korean chili powder, raayu, black pepper to taste
※If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of Dou ban jiang.
※If you don't like Nam Pla, you can replace it with soy sauce.
※Be sure to taste them at the end to determine the intensity of the flavor.

The crispy scallions absorb the flavor of the Nam Pla, Japanese soup stock, and miso, and the refreshing shiso leaves go really well together...
It's so addictive that you can eat as many as you want without limit.
Of course it's great as an accompaniment to rice, but it's also great as a topping for ramen!
It also goes well with many other things such as somen, fried noodles, udon, tofu, grilled meat, chicken meat, etc.
Again, all you have to do is grill it and dip it in the special sauce ♪
It is very easy to make, so please try it.
The only problem is that it's so good, you won't have enough to store!lol

おばあちゃん直伝『茄子と厚揚げの中華風煮浸し』を作りました。
鶏の出汁、野菜の旨味、オイスターソースの旨味が、
漬けダレに、より奥深い味を生み出してくれて
素麺、ご飯が鬼のようにすすむ味わいになってます。
潰していれたニンニクもアクセントになっててやみつきだし
コクがあるのに生姜のお陰でとてもアッサリしていて
食欲がない時や今の暑い時期でもいくらでも食べられます♪
糖質制限されている方も厚揚げがとても食べ応えがあるので
十分お腹が満足出来ますよ(*^^*)
夏の暑い日はばあちゃんが必ず作ってくれた我が家の大好物です!

【Ingredients】 (Preservation period: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Eggplant: 5 pcs
● Thick fried bean curd: 2 packs
● Okra: 1 pack
● Chicken thighs: about 200g
● Water: 800ml
● Whole chicken broth: 1.5 tablespoons
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Grated ginger: a little
● Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Shoko-shu: 1 tablespoon (or regular Sake)
● Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon
● Salt to taste
● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
● Roasted sesame seeds
● Grated ginger and needle ginger to taste

I made "Eggplant & Thick Fried Bean Curd, Chinese Style" directly from
my grandma.
The chicken broth, vegetable flavor, and oyster sauce all add a deep
flavor to the marinade.
It makes somen and rice go together!
The crushed garlic adds the flavor and makes it more addictive.
It has a rich flavor, but thanks to the ginger, it is very light and refreshing.
I can eat as much as I want even when I don't have an appetite or in
this hot weather ♪
Even if you are on a carbohydrate restriction diet, the thick fried bean curd is very filling and will satisfy your hunger (*^^*)
My grandma always made this dish on hot summer days, and it's a favorite in our house!

●アボカド:2個
●お好みのポン酢:大さじ5~6(酸味抑えたい方は5で!)
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):小さじ2(めんつゆ、白だしでもOK)
●コチュジャン:小さじ2(豆板醤でもOK)
●砂糖:小さじ2
●ごま油:小さじ2
●おろしにんにく:1~2片(チューブタイプでもOK)
●おろし生姜:にんにくの半分くらい(チューブタイプでもOK)
●唐辛子:お好み量(無くても十分美味しいよ)
●炒りごま:お好み量
※にんにくや生姜は後から足しても大丈夫なのでまずは少ない量で物足りなかったら足してあげるようにして下さい。
※そのまま食べたい方は漬けずに和えたらすぐ食べれます。
※残ったタレは違う物を漬けたり、そのまま野菜のドレッシング、餃子や海鮮丼とかのタレにも使えますよ♪

【Ingredients】(Preservation period: about 4 days refrigerated)
● Avocado: 2
● Your favorite ponzu sauce: 5 to 6 tablespoons (or 5 if you prefer a
less acidic taste!)
● Fish stock (4 times concentrated): 2 teaspoons (Men-tsuyu or white
soup stock can be used)
● Gochujang (soybean paste): 2 teaspoons (Dou ban jiang is also fine)
● Sugar: 2 teaspoons
● Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons
● Grated garlic: 1 to 2 cloves (you can use the tube type)
● Grated ginger: About half of the garlic (you can use the tube type)
● Chili pepper: As much as you like (it tastes good without it)
● Roasted sesame seeds: As much as you like.
※ The garlic and ginger can be added later, so start with a small
amount and add more if it's not enough.
※ If you want to eat it as it is, you can eat it right away without soaking.
※ You can also use the leftover sauce to marinate other things, dress
vegetables, dumplings, seafood bowls, etc.

This is the fourth recipe of the very popular Devil's Sauce series!
This time, I made "Devil's Versatile Avocado Marinade" with a
combination of ponzu, Japanese soup stock, miso, and other flavors.
I don't even know how to describe it, but it's so addictive and delicious.
The devil's sauce and the rich avocado go together so well!
You can eat it as it is, or just put it on top of something, and it's
really good.
If you paste it, it becomes an all-purpose sauce, so you can use it as
a dipping sauce with boiled eggs, potato salad, etc.
As always, the more you eat, the more you fall in love with it... it's
devilishly delicious!
It's really easy to just mix it up, so please try making it.
