What an awesome way to start your Friday. Big shoutout to my buddy Emilio Legaria Sim for doing this with me. This is the first time we've combined a bit of strength and conditioning, then to finish it off with some insane boxing cardio. It was a killer! Give it a go in your own time and feel free to skip the chat at the end but if you did stay on thank you! haha
Also wishing all my Muslim friends Happy Ramadhan, if you happen to be doing this workout, I recommend to this just after you sahur ( reason being, get energy into your system first and you may help energize you before the day goes on) and or before you break your fast ( i personally say the first option is better cause you will feel drained and thirsty with this workout, but if lacking time, then do it about an hour before you buka puasa) :) Hope this helps.

【什麼是全世界最棒的伸展?】
這個影片是我的「12週居家徒手健身計畫」裏,其中一小部分的熱身動作,它也有收錄在我的書《健身從深蹲開始》裡面。
他是全世界最棒的伸展。對,它真的就叫這個名字🤣(world's greatest stretch)根據不同的運動目的,形式會有點變,但大體上不脫離「大弓箭步」、「肚子靠近大腿」、「旋轉脊椎」、「擴胸」這幾個主要環節。
為什麼女大生推薦這個熱身?
因為這個伸展的設計,很巧妙地讓健身會用到的上下半身大肌群,做出各個方向的主動伸展,但同時全身都要協動與穩定身體,讓你在短時間內達到「增加體溫」、「增加關節活動度」、「適度收縮肌肉」等幾個熱身大重點。
比起一般健身房常見的跑跑步後個別關節拉筋的SOP熱身方式,它除了有效率,還能為絕大多數類型運動做好準備,愛用者甚至包括球類與田徑運動者。
