#throwback [Continue..] The Macallan Staycation at Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong continued with whisky pairing dinner experience for 2 at Henry with 3 glasses of The Macallan whisky. It’s soooo full that it seems like it’s dinner for 4!😂😂🥃The highlight is Henry is really hard to book, if u buy this package, u can dine there for sure! Started with a glass of The Macallan Double Cask 12 yo Whiskey Sour cocktail pairing with steak tartare & butcher’s shop terrine, then The Macallan Double Cask 15 yo whisky pairing with smoked brisket & USDA black angus ribeye steak, and then finished the pairing dinner with The Macallan Double Cask 12 yo Irish Coffee with cheesecake & chocolate fondant. Super yummy!!!!!😋😋🥃 Then head to Datkside for a finale The Macallan cocktail with gorgeous Victoria Harbour view! 🍸Perfect!

✴️ Chef Edgar & Martin know they are onto a Winner here, since this is a favorite at sister shop Pica Pica side. However the recipe at Rubia is a Fraternity twin, it's actually fascinatingly different. The Valdeón mountain blue cheese chosen has a wild gamey flavor from both Cow & Goat's milk, the Sycamore leaf its wrapped in lends it a peanut brittle, syrupy depth. Amazing dessert, and one of the reinvented Basque Burnt Cheesecakes you definitely need to have, like all the time along with a Pairing Drink. Both at Rubia & Pica Pica~! HKD $70

Featherstone Bistro Café & Lifestyle Shop位於Ekkamai區，雖然不難找，可是距離BTS有點距離，如果你腳力好，可以好好的走一回，回程再搭計程車離開好了！哈哈。

友人點了一杯Signature飲料是「Wild Gardina」，冰塊裡隱藏了少女心爆發的小花花，隨著冰塊的溶化而流入飲料裡。我則來一杯「the Jade Cat」（材料：Japanese Whiskey、Orange Blossom honey Ume-Shu、House-Made Bitter Green Tea Liqueur）。
