It was narrated that Jubayr ibn Nufayr said: When the companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) met one another on the day of Eid, they would say to one another:

"Taqabbal Allaahu minna wa mink (May Allah accept (this worship) from us and from you).” Al-Haafiz said: Its isnaad is hasan.
May Allah accept from us and from you, may our sins, past, present, future, major and minor, known and unknown, intentional and unintentional be forgiven, may we all have cleansed our hearts and achieved Qalbin Saleem and remain steadfast until the next Ramadan. Aameen.

Although Ramadan is coming to an end, let's continue to practice what we have built and learned during this beautiful month for the remaining months to come.
Ramadan is meant for us to learn how to abstain from food and drink, anger, learn patience and self-control, break bad habits, become more compassionate to those in need, be more charitable, and a chance to be more spiritual.
It is when we learn and practice more to build our character and purify our soul, heart, mind, and body. Let's take this meaningful purpose of Ramadan and carry the lessons and practice throughout our life.
In these trying times around the world, let's pray and hope that our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world are safe from harm. May the cruelty end especially in Palestine.
Let's be more humane. Be more humane to all humans and all animals. 💖

Two days ago, over my IG stories, I made a plea - if anyone had extra to spare this Ramadan, perhaps they could extend it to help my helper Linah whose family home was partially destroyed by the floods in Pahang early this year (MCO 2.0).
Her place is prone to the floods, but this was the worst in years. Even after travel restrictions were lifted, I let her stay on to settle matters. We gave what we could to get their lives back in order, but the wall and roof was stretching it as money was tight on our end too. So I told Linah I will find a way.
𝑯𝑼𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑨𝑷 (my NGI which means HOPE in Kadazandusun) was raising funds for marginalised children who are malnourished - some were drinking condensed milk. I worked with brands like @bossmama.my , @plie_malaysia and recently @lactomomma for discount codes in which all sales commissions would be channeled to 𝑯𝑼𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑨𝑷 . I thought I’d steer the attention now on Linah and her daughter.
And that’s exactly what happened.
The amount of love that poured in from friends and followers was unexpected.
Truth be told, I managed her expectations and told her to give me a month to raise the amount. I was planning on training sessions on Public Speaking & Social Media and interested participants just need to pay for the class via a donation. Whatever the amount was.
This was supposed to take place next week.
However, this morning she was unable to access her bank account. We were worried that the sudden surge of monies coming in was the cause (as this happened before to another fundraiser I did for a baby)
When we finally settled the bank issue, we were both surprised by the amount. We had reached over RM9,000 so I ended the donation drive thanking everyone (with a little message from Linah) and that was it.
We did not expect to hit the initial target of RM7,000 within 2 days. In fact, we doubled the amount.
By Maghrib, RM16,000 plus was donated. Azmi told her to perhaps consider raising the floors but priority was for the wall and roof (had we not raised amount, they were going to use zinc as a cheaper option)
This is the breakdown of what will be bought with your generous donations:

Pasir 1 lori
Plywood 12mm 7 keping

With kes COVID-19 on a rise, the prospect of making the ????? ??????? journey to celebrate the coming Hari Raya with loved ones seem so GRIM. So again, it’s going to be a cosy but SAFE celebration here at the #IkingAzmi abode. But unlike last year, where I was in my confinement and we ordered our Raya meals - I’m starting my own family tradition by cooking the WHOLE Raya “feast” with the kids! This is a HUGE for Noob Cook like @gramforthecook hokays?!
I prefer to shop for my groceries online - partially cause I want to delegate chores like shopping for more productive stuff. Also, I’m trying to stay safe at home. Just don’t want to take the risk of going out unnecessarily.

It’s been a week since I’m fasting. Feeling good and better and my body start to adapt to it. Besides feeling my body is lighter, I also get to learn how to manage my mental health during this period. We’ve been locked down for more than a month at home and still trying to find something new to learn. Me myself get to learn how to edit video and share it here with you all. I hope the editing is not too bad ? Feel free to give comments and I’ll learn to improve my shooting and editing skills.
Sorry for membebel panjang ? for the past one week I’ve been doing this kind of quick workout for 10-15 minutes before break fast. I do practice fasting like how Muslims do (fasting foods and water for 13 hours), so that I can really understand how my Muslims client feel when they workout during Ramadan.
This practice is also benefits to those who want to lose fats and lose weight at the same time. Of course diet plays the biggest role in our lifestyle. Either you want to lose weight or gain muscle, DIET is the main key for you to achieve your goal! Leave your comment below if you want to know more about this. Maybe I can share on my next video ?
