As I mentioned before, we sit all day at the office, at the car or at the couch. We are very inactive.
Mobility & Flexibility are vital to our health. If you want to have a healthy body, your body should be mobile without any pain.
Look at the kids! They do squat, crawl, jump, climb, run, hop...everything, but the adults are NOT able to do anything. That’s sad man!
It’s time to do something for your health!
By the way, before performing a full ROM squat with heavy weight, you may need to squat with your bodyweight without any pain.

Today, I met someone at the airport when I was coming back from Phoenix. He reckon I'm a trainer obviously. He asked me that how can he lose 5lb?
Normally, I don't answer people answer like that, because I need to see his profile and questionnaire.
Anyway, I gave him THREE tips:
1. Fix his diet
2. Stop eating shit
3. Keep moving
You must know how many calories are you eating and set the macros.
No more junk food ❌🍰🍕🍪🍟🌭🍦🍩🍭🍢🥐
Of course, don't sit to much! You don't need to lift weight everyday, but you need to do something.
