CoolNatureBoy ได้ตั้งหัวข้อนี้ขึ้นมาบอร์ดสนทนาบน Steam พร้อมเปรียบเทียบว่า ในตัวเกมภาค 3 นั้น Harpy ไม่ได้ปิดบังอะไรตรงส่วนของหน้าอกเลย แต่พอมาภาคนี้กลับถูกปิดให้มิดชิดขึ้น
