Baked Camembert with Rosemary and Garlic 🤤 (an old favorite that never gets old)
One small round of Camembert
Two cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
A sprig of fresh rosemary.
1 tblsp olive oil.
Fresh loaf of baguette.
Heat oven to 180C
Score top of Camembert in cross crises pattern.
Stick pieces of garlic into the cheese and sprinkle some rosemary on top.
Drizzle olive oil over cheese and bake in oven for 20 minutes until golden and melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly grated black pepper.
Serve warm with toasted baguette.
Simply indulgent and comforting. Especially with a glass of sparkling wine.
