I've just returned from a quick family getaway in Malacca (can you call it getaway if we stayed up till 3am every night working on our laptops? ), and I already miss the easy laughter of my adorable nephew-to-be.

During the trip, something amazing happened as well. There are 10,000 of you with me on Instagram now! I'm going to miss seeing the frequent follower count update since it'll only reflect when I've hit 11k, but THANK YOU all of you new and old! Especially those of you who've been with me since I started posting blurry photos of my puppy! And those ghastly filters I used to add to my photos.
