My top recommendation for the person who love 🌶spicy🌶 you could try my specialty “smoked chickens with salsa sauce flavor”
For the others who don’t eat spicy I recommend “smoked chicken with caesar sauce burrito ”🥙
The sauce are all made by myself and the photo you see below are the actual food in here my shop.

I original start my shop from food truck and than in the night market, now is store in Natun, Taichung. Just near the bus stop, we also have seats could fit 7 person.

1️:為什麼要創立這個專頁?
我相信每個人都有一種回憶的口袋名單。
那種從小吃到大的美食,不是什麼大餐廳,但美味的程度卻是永遠心中的米其林。
因此,我們想把大家心中的這份名單帶回來分享給大家。
2️:那麼多美食部落客那麼多講吃的,你們有什麼?
暗黑米其林,顧名思義是以暗黑的方式去尋找米其林。
我們只用插畫畫出每間店,不使用浮誇的言語和照片。
在華麗的美食照片下或許會讓人有垂涎三尺的感受,但真正感動人心的是在吃下食物後,味覺打開的瞬間。
為了保留這瞬間,所以我們不會有任何一張食物的照片,我們只求讓這份名單能夠一直保持著簡單純粹。
3️:你們接受店家的推廣嗎?
絕對不會有業配文!
我們是非營利的專頁,不會接受任何費用而改變我們的初衷。
我們只接受每個在地人給我們的訊息,然後沒有任何事先提醒地去暗暗親嘗,不會有任何擺態或是塑造成美食家的形象。
(雖然本來就沒有什麼形象.............,但我們還是有我們的暗黑堅持!)
4️:竟然還會有英文版?
對。因為我們也希望讓來台灣的外國朋友,也能夠知道台灣一些真正的在地美食。
而不是觀光書上永遠不變的選項,就像我們到其他國度旅行也想嘗嘗在地人食用的美食一樣的心理,
希望這個專頁可以讓更多人知道身處在台灣的當地人引以為傲的美食。

About Dark Michelin
You may ask why we founded this page in the first place.
The reason is, we’d like to introduce the real local good foods to you, the foods those have become a part of our lives. They are not from any fancy restaurants, but they definitely have won some stars in your hearts. I believe every one of you have a list of this kind of foods in your mind, and the wonderful moments pop out from your memory every time you smell or even just hear of it.
Dark Michelin is not the most creative fan page, but we are one of the most sincere ones for sure.
Q: There are already so many blogs talking about good foods and recommending restaurants, so what’s so special of Dark Michelin?
A: Dark Michelin is for the small restaurants, diners, or just food stands those are hidden under shadow, maybe not well-known or never had the chance to show on magazines and newspaper.
We show you the images by illustration, and we express how we feel about the foods without any exaggeration. No gorgeous pictures will be on our page, instead, we tend to leave you some space to imagine and to expect. Good pictures may attract more attention, but the best moment is when you finally face the food itself and taste it. To keep a hope make your experience become simple and wonderful.
Q: Do you accept any invitation from restaurants/vendors?
A: Sorry, but no. This fan page is based on nonprofit, we do not accept any reward or payback which will make the list of Dark Michelin not reliable. However, we do welcome any of your recommendation. We will go by and try it by ourselves just like any other customers, no appointment will be made and no photos will be taken. We are not tasting the foods with camera, and you will not see any sponsored posts. We continually welcome all of our fans’ recommendation, and we keep the promise to try it before posting it.
Q: Wow, you now have English version?
A: Yeah we do. Because we have one more intention when founding this fan page, which is to let any of your friends from different countries can have an opportunity to try the real local fine foods. Not just the same old restaurants show in every touristic book, no surprise, and no real local experience. Just like we’d like to try the local foods when travelling to another country, we do hope this fan page provides a whole new experience to your taste buds!
We are now expecting any recommendable local foods of Taipei and Taichung, if you got something in mind, don’t scrimp sharing!
