Running marathons is often an internal battle where your mind battles with the legs to go on. During the run, all kinds of thoughts go through your mind, including the thought of never doing this again. But after you complete it, with jelly legs as a souvenir, you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and find yourself returning to do it again. I'm honoured to have been one of the charity ambassadors for Sundown Marathon 2014 and I hope to do my part again next year. Sundown with Love is a superb initiative in giving back to the society, as we need to be reminded that a simple thing like running should not be taken for granted - there are others out there who don't have this privilege.
