Here is my pretty smoothie:
1. 3 tablespoon full Blueberries and 4 Strawberries
2. 1 tablespoon chia seed
3. 3 scoops F1 strawberry soy protein isolates
4. 1 scoop personalized protein powder
5. 1 scoop apple fiber with inulin
6. 1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
7. 300 ml water and some ice cubes. Blend together
8. Kiwifruit and sugar free fruit mixed granola for decorating and toppings
It feels like Heavenly taste in the mouth. Sooooo refreshing.
