”呼一聲“具體來說是什麼聲？
那是巨獸在瑜珈墊上喘息佐汗水的“落雨聲”
回想自己當年不知道怎麼開始健身的時候，
聽了太多運動傷害什麼的把自己嚇得半死
（奇怪，吃一堆加工食品都不怕中毒了我）
不能隨便腦衝亂上啊！老身我有年紀了，
總想要找到一個最安全有效的方法，
又不想拿家中資源砸自己堅持度的招牌，
好吧！開放資源就是碎玻璃裡找糖吃！
我到處搜集資料，又借又買了一大堆書，
網路關鍵字組合大約鍵上一百萬種了（誇張）..
播youtube的手機在廚房邊上油煙吃到飽～
昨日垂死堅持那個自己，
就是今日他山之牙結石，(蛤？）
牙牙牙的把一個個動作學起來！
不容易啊！我有時也會想，
如果當時不要錯誤的過度減脂，
一邊調整飲食、一邊訓練這樣慢慢瘦下來，
應該會是一個比較健康的方法；
但我怎麼也學不會穿越時空回去跟那個妹子說，
所以，就這樣一直分享著健身筆記！
希望某個時空中的妹子能接收到我的訊息...
這30分鐘太力竭了哇呀，
倒不是因為可愛的先森要幫我拍局部特寫以表誠意，
所以至少要連續做上兩輪的關係（好啦這邊也力竭）
而是我可憐的小筆電，
剪輯30分鐘的影片一直無限滾彩球燒機..
我的目睭水晶體也一起經歷了間歇性對焦力竭，
所以片尾的"嬸囉唆"幾乎全部delete了～
（反正這些動作筆記之前的影片都有碎念過了咩）
