I didn’t post anything about #IWD2021 yesterday because I didn’t have time to formulate my thoughts about it. Looking at the throngs of posts, I cannot help but wonder, like @magxmcwhorter expressed in her story, what does it all mean?

Beyond the pretty photos and celebration, are we walking the talk to truly make a positive difference for women?
Are we even aware of our own bias?
Do we really treat each gender equally?

I don’t have all the answers. But I know the road to equality takes more than one day or a month.

To me, #ChooseToChallenge begins with myself - challenging my own thoughts, admitting my bias and change some of the ways I treat my daughters and my son, every day of the year.

#throwback Had my Saturday (26.10) afternoon well spent, learning about my pregnancy journey at the @gleneagleshospitalsg x @mummyfique Bump Club. I had so much fun deciding between Myth or Truth during the talk on pregnancy nutrition! Heng, as a 4th time mum I got all correct! 😂⠀⠀

I love how the organisers kept this event small so we can mingle with new mummies! Also, I was very impressed on the beautiful setup and had a great time visiting the booths. I've also enjoyed the styling session by @lovebonito, and learning on practical pregnancy and nutrition tips from Dr Clara Ong and Ms Daphne Loh from @gleneagleshospitalsg!⠀⠀

Having working previously at Gleneagles Medical Center, I've always known Gleneagles is top notch for providing their best services to their patients.❤️

Recently, Geneagles introduced new services for their single room package, such as limousine 🚘 service or parking so you do not have to worry about transport arrangements. The head and shoulder massage, celebratory party 🎉 with complimentary stay and meals for your husband is VERY enticing too! Most importantly, you've to check & compare different hospitals’ package inclusions and exclusions to make sure that basic services like newborn screening and parentcraft sessions are included as well. Their packages start from $3,775.😍

For single rooms, I personally feel that this is actually much cheaper than many of the other private hospitals!⠀⠀
