Topic: Struggling with Stress Eating
This was me 7 days ago
I resisted eating like a mad dog for 5 days after my recent F Up, but sadly I just repeated another stress eating, finished devouring so much fast food all under 5-10 min
I shot this pic to remind myself that I fk up again…
Normally my instinct is to Go to the Gym & Lift
But this time I didn’t do that, instead I just ate like a mad man again who looked like he hasn’t eaten for 45 days
And I’ve faced this episode - many many times
This was one of those things I know that if I kept doing, it’s just gonna end up really bad for myself
And the truth is, I wasn’t willing to deal with the stress at the time and kept holding on to it, ending in another terrible binge eat that made me felt depressed & pissed off about myself
It was a downward spiral as I started to depend on Food more than ever - Not for energy & health purpose but more towards mental temporary relief
And I had enough
Enough of the BS I tell myself - that it’s okay to just eat and enjoy the moment
Enough of Stress Eating - it’s time to earn back self control & discipline
It starts now
I’m sharing this, not to gain pity, but because I know how fkn hard stress eating messes up my body and I didn’t know whom to talk to - because normally it’s people who reached out to me!
I felt ashamed as I tell people to show up and keep the fire burning, but my own fire is being put off by myself
Whatever my personal reasons are - it is not an excuse to keep fking up, and that’s why I’m sharing this publicly to hold myself accountable to all of you, and to commit to a Plan
I don’t believe in perfection - but I believe in owning up to my shit & to take full control to transform into the Beast I know I am Capable of being
I hope this simple sharing can give some of you who struggle with the same problem - some courage & energy to change something for the better
I know it’s tough af, but you’re not alone and that you can be in control, as long as you’re willing to put in the effort 🔥

Could your grandpa get stronger than a 25-year-old guy in his prime?
Well, researchers in the Netherlands decided to find that out.
And here’s what they did...
They took a group of elderly men, and put them on a weight training program for 6 months.
It wasn’t the most intense program in the world. But it was very consistent, and all the elderly men kept the workout routine.
The result?
These elderly men (up to 79 years old) gained almost 3 pounds of muscle.
Not bad right?
Then the researchers moved to the second part of their evil plan...
Next, they took a group of healthy guys in their early twenties, and made them lie in bed for an entire week straight.
No weights. No exercise. Not even walking.
And do you know what happened?
In just ONE single week these young guys lost 3 pounds of muscle…
Now, that may be surprising to some people.
And others might not be surprised by it at all.
The point is. What these older men took 6 months to work for - these 25 year olds lost in just one week.
And I believe it’s the same in life and business.
Consistency Is King
One of the researchers put it best:
“You can mess up a lot more in one week than you can improve in six months of training.”
And that’s the problem.
So many people work hard for months and months - only to blow it all and end up where they started...
That’s why I never rely on my own discipline.
And you shouldn’t either.
It’s too risky!
Can you imagine pushing yourself every day to wake up early and go to the gym?
Even when it’s raining?
Even when you’re exhausted?
Even when you don’t want to go?
I can’t. I don’t have that kind of self-discipline.
And I don’t know many people who do...
So when it comes to keeping consistent I don’t rely on discipline, I rely on:
Structure.
Think back to those frail seniors lifting weights...
Did they rely on their own self discipline? Or did they follow a program created by the researchers?
They followed the program.
And did they rely on their own motivation? Or did the researchers hold them accountable everyday?
The researchers held them accountable.
So now you have it.

2. A Group To Hold You Accountable

Have you ever spent time with someone and you feel like your energy has been drained? If all that person do most of the time is to bad-mouth someone, or judge your life or discourage you from achieving what you truly want, then you're with a toxic person.
Trust me, I don't mind spending a fortune to just STAY AWAY from this type of people.
Why You Should Avoid Toxic People?
1. They will drain your positive energy
Constant negativity from them creates a very negative vibe. So you won't feel lifted or elevated with their presence in your life. Them complaining about their life, giving up easily and always blaming others will create a very bad vibe around you.
It will feel completely opposite when you're with positive people. They will elevate your energy and make you not to give up easily and ask you to keep trying when things don't go how it should be.
2. They alter your thinking
Toxic people have their way to your brain where they will make you believe that it's better to give up than to try other ways. The more you spend your time around them, the more you will start to behave like them. Basically, your attitude will be changed.
You will be prone to do the bare minimum as you don't have the energy to fight the negative vibe. As I have mentioned earlier, congratulations, your energy has been fully sucked by those toxic people.
3. They love drama
Have you seen a group of people get together and gossip about others? They are toxic! Positive people usually won't have time to ridicule or gossip about others. They will be more into knowing your progress or they will be sharing their experiences and talk about beneficial stuff than waste the time to talk bad about others.
You grow with positive people and your growth will come to a halt with toxic people.
How I identify toxic people?
Once you feel like somebody is giving you the negative vibes, pressuring you to do something you're not comfortable with, or creating too much unnecessary drama, then they are toxic,
It's time to avoid them.
