偶而也要來一張姿勢優美的，表情比較正常with轉吧霓虹燈瑜伽褲。坐著的天堂鳥，比站姿天堂鳥簡單，哈哈哈，髖要再打開一點，就可以站著天堂鳥+伸直的腿(現在腿伸不直)，期待著。
Yoga and seated bird of paradise pose
sometimes need to post beautiful pose with normal facial expression+neon style capri. The seated one is easier than standing one, LOL. Wish the hips can be more open to do standing one with straight leg.
