非常感謝 MY Sarawak (Malaysia) 給我機會創作這首新年歌《旺旺年》。這是我的家，所以在指導這隻MV的時候感覺非常的特別，是我從事演藝事業12年來不曾有過的fu。有空來我家走走ok？
感謝我的Brother Bugs Han 的編曲，成功融合了中國風和搖滾！還有很忙的 Hanz郭文翰在Deadline前幫忙混音。更重要的是這班三八的DJ Chris克力斯 Goh Penny Kelly Yen Fang Ida Tang 的耐心和想把事情做好的心態才能把這隻MV拍的順利。
還有把鏡頭拿到很漂亮，拍完MV變瘦的 Tay GS ，還有那個高跟鞋怎樣穿身高還是矮我很多的上師Aising，還有那個腦力超好四處提醒別人不要忘記這個那個的 Hui Ching ，還有那些講義氣的笑花笑草和MY Cruiser 拔刀相助。。。我真的很想說你們真的是SIBEH AWESOME！

Today’s video features the oldest and most historical dessert stall in Miri, Stall No. 1, back in my hometown Sarawak. They started selling drinks and fruits at a road side around 60 years ago and then slowly developed and started having a proper permanent stall. Pushing the trolley from roadside to cinema, they have worked day and night, peeling fruits and making drinks. Today’s stall is the result of their hardwork and innovation, from selling fruits to desserts these days, they have adapted themselves to follow the footsteps of the world. Follow me through this video and let’s witness their success today as Miri’s oldest dessert stall.

今天这一期讲述的是我的家乡，砂拉越美丽最老的糖水铺，Stall No. 1 Chendol。他们早在六十多年前就在路边摆摊贩卖饮料和水果。慢慢地发展到今天拥有自己的一个永久店铺。当时他们推着移动档子，从路边到戏院旁，日做夜做地努力着。而今天的当铺就是他们努力的成果。从贩卖水果到今天的汤水铺，他们配合着大众的口味慢慢地改进。透过影片，跟着我一起见证他们的成功吧。

Today’s video features Ah Lo (Traditional Noodle Shop) back in my hometown, Miri, Sarawak. Also known as Ah Lo Lo Shu Fen, this restaurant has been established for over 70 years and it has now been passed to the third generation. From pure rice to silver needle noodles to a bowl of Lo Shu Fen, the way they do it has been preserved from the pioneer until today. Just as the curry rice stall that has been featured in my previous video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rv7BAgYzGnc), their fathers have known each other before World War II, and so, they friendships have been fostered for over 50 years! They have similar experience and hand in hand, they have created their own kingdom today. Follow me through the video and let’s hear what the living fossils have to say.

今天这一期讲述的是我的家乡，砂拉越美里著名的阿羅老鼠粉。此餐馆有七十年历史。从创办至今，他们的祖传秘方已保留至第三代。从一粒粒白米磨成液体，至一条条的老鼠粉，再至一碗香喷喷的汤面，都蕴藏着七十年的足迹。难以置信的是他们的父亲和咖喱档姐妹(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rv7BAgYzGnc) 的父亲相识，所以他们之间有着超过50年的友谊。从对面一起开档，今天他们已闯出了各自的王国。跟着我来听听这些活生生的古董有什么话想说吧!

Today’s video features a very traditional and old Chicken Porridge stall back in my hometown, Miri, Sarawak. Chicken porridge is a very simple food which everyone can cook at home. However, this small stall has been operating since 70 years ago. And what makes their chicken porridge so special is the unique ancient and classic taste that they have been preserving since they started running the business.
