美國民主黨總統候選人拜登誓言，在週二（3日）大選成績明朗化之前，他絕不會容許川普搶先宣佈獲勝。

彭博社報導根據美國新聞網站Axios，川普向其助理表示，如果初步計票結果顯示他的得票率領先，他就會宣佈自己勝選，即使當時正式結果還沒出爐。

川普在北卡羅來納州的夏洛特市受詢時駁斥了Axios的報導，他還批評美國最高法院把遲收到的郵寄選票納入計票是「非常糟糕」的決定。

美國民主黨總統候選人拜登的一輛競選團隊巴士在德州疑似遭川普支持者的車輛騷擾，美國聯邦調查局（FBI）正就此進行調查。

這起事件發生在上週五（10月30日），拜登競選團隊巴士從聖安東尼奧（San Antonio）經35號州際公路準備前往奧斯汀（Austin）途中，被大批張掛川普競選標誌和旗幟的車輛逼近，車里的人一路猛按車笛、大聲叫囂飆臟話。

拜登和他的競選搭檔哈里斯當時不在巴士上，事發過程中沒有人受傷。當地警方接獲通報後趕到現場，並協助護送拜登競選巴士到其目的地。

愛荷華州《德梅因紀事報》週六公佈的一項民調結果顯示，川普在該州以七個百分點的優勢領先拜登，兩人的支持率分別為48％和41％。在9月的同一系列民調中，兩人打成平手，支持率同為47％。

不過，這項民調的結果偏離其他民調。最近的幾項民調都顯示，兩位候選人在愛荷華州的支持率不相上下，勝負難料。

頗具爭議話題既處理方法
1/ 點解要將雞尾酒既香氣同飲品分開展示

先分享處理方法
泡泡係早前睇到法國調酒師，Mr.Laurent Greco 運用乾冰，將乾冰放晌瓶子裡面，再把chanel香水噴晌上面，然後再放水倒入讓乾冰冒出有香味既氣體，之後再用喉管，沾上小許肥皂水。用毛巾蓋晌冒煙既瓶子，再用喉管去收集，將氣泡吹晌空杯子上面。

因為乾冰唔係每一個bar都有容易搵到既材料，所以我地拍攝短片時候就考慮運用需改用一個即時可以將空氣噴出來既工具。

Cream whipper氣壓太強，唔太適合，之後決定選用煙鎗取而代之。

至於肥皂水方面，據Laurent Greco所說佢可以做出edible soap，即可食用。 拍攝團隊有另外一種睇法，認為既然是用兩個杯字分開香味的感受及味道的感受。只要肥皂水係無害無毒都可行。因為要做到可食用肥皂水既成份，要更多既處理。我地就用玩具店比小朋友玩既無害無毒肥皂水去處理。
希望以最簡單最低成本方法去達至效果。

補充
＊14/2 最近亦看到日本Mr.Hojo San使用蛋白更直接便宜方法，同時亦可放在杯上＊

另外觀點係將雞尾酒畫面同玩味性注入調酒元素，呢一點就有比較合理解釋有關香氣同味道分開處理既疑問。

最後，每一杯作品，即使同一技術，調酒重點應該在於注入個人想法同構思，"I am what I am"創作既時候，係聽住一位已經離開80年代香港巨星既一首歌曲。
